I called and no one answered so I had to leave a message. I could not even get a quote or any info without sending an email which I did. Turned off by the fact I could not talk to anyone I went to second name on list. The website showed me pictures of options which was very helpful. The owner Chris answered the phone right away. I told him what I thought I needed and he advised me I likely needed two tents. Within a few minutes he sent me a quote for the two tents and lights. And within 20 minutes we had made all the arrangements. Meanwhile it took the first bigger company four days to even contact me! Chris confirmed delivery the night before and showed up exactly when promised to set them up. Could not have been more pleased. Glad I went with the little guy!

I found this place and they had a very reasonable price for a peacock chair, it was perfect. So I was able to get a friend with a SUV to come with me to this party rental place (they do not deliver items to your destination you are responsible for everything). At first no one was answering the phone at the rental but I kept calling because it was the day of the baby shower and I had no other choice. We get there and was talking to the owner Jeremy and the manager. Jeremy offered us Dunkin' Donuts while he was assisting another customer. We asked to see the chair because I was mainly afraid it wouldn't fit inside the SUV. So the manager told us it wouldn't fit and if it did he would give us a dollar each because he has done this before. So we knew we had to try since this was my last chance. He grabbed the chair and Jeremy, my friend and I watched as the chair fit like a glove right in the car. It was perfect! We were obviously happy! We also got our dollar each, lol which was actually funny! Jeremey processed our payment and of course yelp came through and offered 5% off for our first rental! It was great & worked out perfectly!! The chair was great and the mother-to-be loved it. The chair did not come with the cushion so we had to improvise and had our own, but it was perfect and made the room look even better!! Despite our best efforts, there was no way to quickly contact the company in an emergency/unsafe situation. Tried getting driver's attention, calling the phone number in Google, and using the company chat but there is no way to reach them. Their own phone system says there is no way to reach them by phone without an active event number. Mistakes happen. But if an events company can't be reached in an actual emergency due to "excessive call volume" (their phone system says), I can only imagine what a mess they are to work with for actual events.
