Gerson was not only on-time, but early. Fantastic communication skills in today's busy world. Gerson is a true professional. In this case I needed to replace an existing ceiling fan, but also restore the wall switch as the previous fan remote was in the light switch. I could not figure out how to install a new Castea light switch - which meant "Ah-Oh", (I have replaced light switches before but this was not coming together) time to call an electrician. Thankfully I did. Gerson needed to repair wiring, untangle the mis-wiring, tighten up the box, install the new ceiling fan and did it all with a smile. I was tired of using the "big box" rip-off and said time to ask the Universe for assistance.
