Lauren Correia, the Guest Services Manager and previously the Sales Manager, was truly one of the highlights of my time there. She was always warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful whenever questions came up regarding fees, renewals, or membership matters. She consistently made the experience feel personal and easy. Since then, my son has attended both camp and several Parents' Night events, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kids World. The entire team is exceptional. I have experience with other children's camps, and Dasha Nonkin, the Kids Club Manager, really stood out. She was thorough, kind, organized, and very detail-oriented. It is clear that she takes tremendous pride in the camp program and in creating a meaningful experience for the children. My son was treated like gold. He did incredibly well, learned so much, and came away with stronger social skills, a better understanding of teamwork, and so much enthusiasm for the arts and crafts, projects, and activities. He genuinely raved about his experience and wants to continue to join future camps! Gave excuse of can't let you in because of policies or fine print verbiage, that whom visited before can't visit again with free guest pass. FYI, It is not in the terms. You can enter after 6 months. I chose City Sports due to 24 completely going down hill since I used to be with them a decade ago, and Planet Fitness doesn't have a pool. As a swimmer, this is my main form of cardio. Nate was wonderful helping me sign up and answering all of my questions I had. He's excellent with his customer service and making the customer feel heard. With my signing up, I was given a free personal training assessment and trial. Kiran was knowledgeable and impressed with my strength. At the end of the session, I was sat down with Alan, who I am assuming is the personal trainer manager. As somebody who used to sell 30+ cars a month when I was in car sales, I know the first thing about sales is to listen to the customer. Repeatedly, I was cut off from saying anything to Alan about my background, what I wanted and what I needed if I wanted to consider personal training. I barely was able to think about an answer to a question he would ask. I also recognized the typical car sales tactic of, "Which price works best for you?" I still decided to hear him out and see if this aligned with me financially. The prices are quite high, so I apologized as I felt like I was wasting his time then and I understood what it was like being on his side of the desk. He stopped smiling at me and started shuffling the papers. No, "Thank you," "Let me know if anything changes," etc, nothing. Just complete silence and an obvious look of annoyed rejection. I was a bit confused so I said, "Um..." and he dismissed me with a cold, "You're free to go now." I asked if I could take the paper with me with the rates on it and he said I could take a picture of it. Classic car sales maneuver! But this is for personal training, which should be more insistent on the customers needs due to their health. My experience with Alan has ensured I definitely won't be signing up for a personal trainer in the future, probably at any location with City Sports. Overall, the gym is pretty clean and the machines are in working order. The pool is VERY clean as well, which is surprisingly hard to come by in most gyms nowadays. I don't get service inside though and even with the WiFi, I still can't connect to YouTube to do mat Pilates in the aerobics room :( TLDR; Nate is great, Alan needs some training on his customer service and learn how to be a better sales person. Gym is clean but needs help with cell service/WiFi.

My two oldest sons attended Hoopsphere about 10 years ago. Not only did they develop strong…read morebasketball skills, but they also competed in many tournaments and learned invaluable lessons about teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. Ten years later, I brought my youngest son back. As a child with ADHD, school has not been easy for him. Staying focused in the classroom has always been a challenge. But he discovered a true passion for basketball. After returning to Hoopsphere, he couldn't wait to come home and show us the new skills and tricks he had learned. Little by little, we watched his confidence begin to grow. One especially heartfelt moment happened this summer. I made a special--and admittedly bold--request, asking if one of the coaches could spend a few minutes encouraging my son. Coach Vincent went far beyond anything I expected. He sat down with my son, acknowledged the progress he had made, encouraged him to keep working hard and to always be himself, and then presented him with a special medal. What a difference that single act of kindness made. My son came home smiling from ear to ear, proudly showing us the very first medal he had ever earned. Since that day, I've seen remarkable changes. He started asking me to give him harder math problems. He began confidently joining neighborhood kids for pickup basketball games. That one conversation, that one moment of recognition, truly changed him. We will forever be grateful to Hoopsphere--not only for its outstanding coaches and professional basketball training, but even more for the genuine care, encouragement, and love they show every child. They are helping shape young people's physical, mental, and emotional well-being during such an important stage of life. Thank you to all the coaches, especially Coach Vincent. Both boys enjoy coming here every week.. all of the coaches have been very engaging and work with the kids well. They have made basketball fun while working on their skills. Coach Skip is very friendly and helps make sure all the kids are engaged. He does a great motivating and training the kids. Our kids have seen a lot of growth since joining HoopSphere.

Chelese, the event manager was extremely easy to work with and the staff was very helpful. I expected the food to be good but it was truly outstanding. I've rarely been to an event for a large number of people where the food was so exceptional and many guests raved about it. I strongly recommend the University Club as a venue for your event.

I love swimming here--there's an excellent lap pool where you can sign up for lanes, a diving board for extra fun, and plenty of open swim time for families. Kids can't get enough of the swim team, and there's even a shaded baby pool that's perfect for infants and toddlers. The tennis courts are top of the line, whether you're playing just for fun or competitively. The tennis pros are fantastic, and the whole tennis community here is great. Pickleball is also really taking off--it's always fun and social. The gym has everything you could want: Peloton bikes, free weights, machines, and a full range of classes. Beyond fitness, people also gather for bridge, mahjong, and other activities, so there's something for everyone. The food is excellent, the full bar is always a plus, and the events calendar is packed. There are great adult activities (salsa dancing, wine tasting, Aloha nights) and plenty for kids too (kids' night out, movie night, and more). Best of all, the community is welcoming and friendly. It's easy to meet people here, and many members end up making lifelong friends. All around, it's a wonderful club--I can't recommend it enough!

Whether you have space to take a child in or not, you should always circle back. In the end of the day, everyone is connected and to one another and I'll say this, Euro Tennis is way better with better customer service than here. I grew up learning to play tennis by my dad. All was self taught through him. We weren't a rich family, but we were raised with values that took us far in life. I don't know what values these tennis coaches have here, but I'll say this.. poor customer service doesn't get very far. My ultimate goal was just to get my 4 yo and soon to be 5 yo to just make friends and get to know the sport that I love very much. I suggest all parents to go to Euro Tennis. Better customer service and lots of options. At Euro Tennis, they accept kids of all kinds. They have patience. And their focus is just making sure the kids have fun. At 5-7 yo, the ultimate goal is to have fun and like the sport.

A fellow parent tried to ask the coach to move my daughter to a more advanced court but the response was the courts are full. I emailed and texted and when the coach finally responded, she agreed (after I asked for a refund). She put my daughter on semi beginner court. It's a waste of time and money. The clinics were not designed to improve any skills, the objective was to fill up all the open slots on the courts. Very disappointed.
