No my job man, that's the tile guy. Patch the wood flooring that got torn up? Not my job. Painting? Not my job. Not my job. Not my job. I should mention at this point that all these other guys he's talking about, are all his guys. Everyone knows that renovations are stressful. But at the end of a job, you at least hope to look at the finished product and feel good about it. Instead, with it 90% done, I feel like he just walked away without finishing all the details, leaving me looking at my unfinished reno and feeling frustrated and helpless. He changed every door in the house to solid six panel doors and assisted in the family room and office built in by installing them. He build the most incredible custom walk in closet converting a bedroom into a spectacular use of space. He has renovated 3 bathrooms and kept them updated as needed most recently replacing a honed marble threshold in the shower and reinstalling the custom glass doors. The most recent improvement was the replacement of our gas water heaters since the old ones were starting to leak. He not only upgraded what we had, had the new ones delivered and installed all in one day in order to get us back up and running with little inconvenience. He has installed whole house water filtration, added instant hot and a garbage disposal making sure we have all the modern conveniences a home should have. He treats our home as if it is his own. I contracted this company in 2017 to do some major renovations in my very first property I owned. I…read morenever had lived in a house before, and to me everything was so new. I had very limited experience with contractors. This company won me over but guaranteeing their work and servicing for "several years". Here is my opinion of them, after a year and a half since they "finished" their work: 1. quality of work: - POOR. They try to do many things "in-house", where their same workers being universally skilled at almost everything and therefore masters at nothing. Quality is from INTERMEDIATE to POOR. Many things had to be re-done, The would break one thing while fixing another, they keep creating more problems as they go along. They would also mislead me into believing that they do certain types of work (electric floor heating) , when they had no experience at all. They did not properly size the area, and installed electric wiring in the floor in a very unsafe and inefficient way, which caused the thermostat to trip. They persuaded me to install the electrical heated floors in the areas, that will never require it, simply due to physics. 2. Third Party Contracting: For come of the work they would hire another company. For the most part they would do the cheapest, low quality work, that would need to be re-done, due to safety concerns. For example they hired a company to install stairs. The quality was so bad, that the steps would start collapsing. I had to warn them of impending injury and wait for a while for them to get it repaired. 3. Procrastination / Abandonment: Even after I repeatedly warned them to winterize the house plumbing, they failed to do it and caused damage to the house. They also failed to secure /remove construction garbage /debris from my property, (despite my repeated warnings) which flew through out the neighborhood and cause me to get multiple violations from the village. They would also disappear for weeks, in the middle of work. I would later find out that they work on another property. 4. Price vs Quality: As I mentioned the quality ranged from MEDIUM to LOW, but the fees they charged where on par with very nicely done, expensive professional work. 5. Warranty. They did not honor their promise and about 8-9 months after they finished, I started having plumbing issues (they installed plumbing). They dont respond to repeated WhatsUp messages or the phone texts or calls. But the funny thing is that I dont trust them, so I rather pay someone else to fix it, rather having them come over and risking them break something else. In summary, I would definitely not recommend Royalties International Inc.

I was having some indoor/outdoor electric work, replacing a tile floor in my shower, and updating the under-cabinets lights in my kitchen. When the work started, I thought I had found the service provider for getting work done in my home and even told Jorge it was the beginning of a long relationship and discussed some future work I was planning to have done with him. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like that will be happening. Jorge started my work with a team of two men who very professionally did the electric work and shower floor installation but unfortunately after that work was done and I wasn't home on the last day of doing this my husband unknowingly paid the balance due on our contract - this was before the work in the kitchen cabinets was completed and also before I had to go over the finished work with Jorge and have some necessary corrections done. After weeks of reaching out to Jorge to get the cabinet lighting done and receiving false responses from him of, I'll do it next week, the lights haven't come in, I'll do it next week; we still do not have the job completed and it now appears as though Jorge is going to ghost my text messages to him. Very disappointing!
