I told him we need to apply for the assistance. He immediately told us we need to come back next day. Why? Apparently not enough manpower to help us no interview which usually ends at 3 pm. Thanks to Bobby's knowledge and special assistance I was able to find and complete and file one more online form. Congress has made such a mess of the SSA laws and regulations that people like Bobby have to spend their entire day helping people like me get through the many forms and help us identify and provide the required evidence just to get our basic benefits after we have paid into the system for 40+ years. It was $10 per person, but they host small classes with a limit of 10 people, so it's harder to get in and you usually have to register ahead of time. This class is unlikely to be sufficient for work requirement and their certificate doesn't seem official, but it's a good way to learn CPR and abdominal thrusts. It takes about 1.5 hours and you will also learn how to operate an AED as well. There are plenty of parking and it's easy to find the building and the classroom with the map they sent you via email before class.

Thankfully, they will validate your parking if you are there on any official City business or if you are attending a City meeting there.
