My only issue with CYB is their web site in conjunction with their venue box office does not update the information properly. If a performance has been sold out for a week I would expect CYB and the venue box office web site and voice recordings reflect that information.

Since my son lives in Richmond VA they were going to have to space out some lessons over the next couple of months. For me and my wife, we decided to sign-up for a few for more lessons, since we live here in Charlotte, and the first experience was so good. We had taken some previous lessons when we lived in Florida that we quickly dropped. Our instructor Alyona was great at getting us comfortable over the first set of lessons we took as a couple. That was in early December, and now we are both taking couple lessons and single lessons, because we are having a lot of fun. Alyona and her partner Jake are great coaches for me and my wife, because as both professional dancers they know we are there to learn and just have fun, not looking to go pro. The facility is very clean and the entire staff is very friendly. I look forward to volunteering in the future. The performance was simply incredible! A must see for sure! The upper level of the venue has a display of artwork from local artists which is amazing to share with the public. The location was easy to find. The surrounding streets where there is limited parking is well-lit at nighttime so you feel safe getting to your car. This location and venue is definitely a 5/5.

By night 1 we were signed up for the 2nd week of camp. Fast forward, this past weekend we experienced our 2nd competition weekend with the family at NAPAC, completely FANTASTIC! From the moment we walked into the dressing are and we were met by Ms. Erika and team/team members with all smiles and excitement of the weekend to come, through the entire parent interaction while all of our kids performed nowhere have, we ever feel that we didn't belong or were not welcomed. NAPAC took us in with no questions, no judgements...just lots of smiles and open arms! Ms. Erica and all of the teachers are straight forward in expectations, rules and provides as much information as quickly as possible. We are so happy to call NAPAC our happy place and our "feet's in the air, home"!
