The manager and cashier gave very bad customer service.. I had just purchased a jacket-that was a gift, when I realised the tag was missing. I asked to exchange it for one with a tag and the manager was very rude! Eventually, I was given the item with the tag, however, their attitude was quite demeaning. It was as though they felt they were doing me a favor- I WAS STILL AT THE CHECK OUT REGISTER AS THOUGH ALL OF THIS IS HAPPENING!!! This location refused to give me their names or the area manager's contact information...I'm still upset and I'm hoping to hear from the area manager for both location, hopefully through this platform.

This is a very cheap and unfashionable dollar store located in a very low rent part of town but if you don't have a lot of money to spend and want to waste whatever you do have left on a whole ton of different stuff that you might not need, and it's pretty good.
