So we started reaching out to other forklift companies to see if they had a better price. We had all the information and just asked companies to let us know what they would charge. I never heard back from one company and the other got me the quote about 2 weeks after I had asked for it. By then Forklift Nation had picked up our unit and returned it to us. Gina was great! She kept in touch and understood that I needed to gather other bids. She got me payment information and options. We will be using them for our next maintenance.
