I have been a tenant since 2014 and thank goodness for the new management! This storage site has always been clean and well taken care of but the old office staff was horrible! But the new office staff are always there and super nice! I call and the phone gets answered! This is my go to storage place. Good price and safe. Easy access to the units and I don't have to worry about my stuff. read more

I have been a tenant since 2014 and apparently this facility has gone through a management change. Thank God for that! The old staff was absolutely horrible but things have changed 180 degree turn around. Susan in the front office is a pleasure to work with, the facility has never been cleaner and my items have been safe and secure all these years without worry. We had a lot to store, basically our whole house while we were traveling for 6 months and they were very accommodating finding us a storage unit that was big enough. I rented a storage for about a year here. I called back several months later to inquire about my deposit. I spoke with Jody who was very sweet and professional. Come to find out there were some miscommunication errors when I vacated which could have been both of our faults. However, Jody continued to be her sweet and professional self and was able to fix everything and I walked away a very happy customer. Would I refer them? Absolutely! Thank you Jody! read more

Just got a storage unit yesterday and paid to start using it that day. The say their hours are 7am-7pm no if and or buts. HOWEVER, you CAN NOT lock the gate on your customers at 6:20 P.M. Another person with me said they've done that to him before! WHAT THE HELL kind of business are you running!? read more

Well taken care of property. Safe, clean..All storage units have easy up roll-up doors. Manager on site. No worries here!

Staff is friendly, I was able to see the unit I requested and was all signed up in twenty minutes.

Horrible experience. We've been using Brea U-Store since 1999. We recently cleaned out the storage unit and they refused to give our $25 deposit back. (The walls were cracked, water damage and mold covered 1/4 of our boxes. The employee could care less) It's not a matter of money, but principle. The employee referenced our "contract" that was signed nearly 20 years ago. If you care about treating people with respect and receiving the same in return, take your business elsewhere. Addressing your response from the company @JP- we gave a month notice (so more then 10 days). And we were completely out of the storage unit on the last day of the month. So I'm not exactly sure what your response was addressing because none of those things were our issue with this place. It's been years now since we've been customers here and it still makes me so angry to think about our experience with Jodi. We also never received our deposit back. read more

Beware their "keep your deposit scam". When I vacated my unit, I personally watched my movers sweep it with their industrial push broom. The managers told me I had not swept it (despite my having two witnesses) and were going to keep my deposit. I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. read more

Made Reservation..couldn't have me do paperwork early on Sat make sure ready in time for move-in on Monday. Would only let me come in on Monday. Got there early Monday - computers down, told to come back later. Had my husband call 2 hours later - told us, no working computers, can't rent to you. We are sitting here with a moving van and no storage option. Jodi was TERRIBLE - Just said, Go some where else if you like. No apologies no accommodation. Just rude. AVOID THIS PLACE. Horrible customer service. U-Haul down the street FAR nicer!! read more

Was interested in renting a unit here due to the location being very convenient. I emailed them on 9/7 asking about reserving a unit for 9/24. No reply. I gave them two days and then called, but received voicemail. Left a message stating I had emailed and was interested in reserving a unit and if I could get a call back. No reply. A week later I called again and left another message. Now the type of person I am, I would have said the hell with this place and their awful customer service, but again the location was great. I ended up looking at their website and noticed a link to reserve a unit. I figured, this is probably why I wasn't receiving a call back, and that I had to do the reserving online, which I did. Reserved it for move in date 9/24. Received confirmation email and also another email a couple days prior to my move. The morning of 9/24, I double checked the hours on the email and saw they opened at 0800. I drove over there at 0830 to get everything situated so that we can come with moving truck later and have no issues. GUESS WHAT? The door had a sign that said "We will return Monday at 0800." Very inconsiderate of them to not notify any possible new customers that had reservations for the weekend that they would not be in the office. I should have checked here first and read the one bad review after another and I wouldn't have wasted my time with these inconsiderate people. Ended up getting a storage unit the next city over at Placentia Storage and even though it's the next city over, I'd rather drive the extra few minutes and pay the extra $8 knowing that if I ever need to reach them, my calls/emails won't go unanswered. read more

Excellent service ! The people working in the office as well as the management are extremely helpful and more than willing to answer my questions. Made me feel confident in storing my belongings, very safe neighborhood, well lit and excellent Security. Not sure why I looked anywhere else . I should have gone here first would have saved me a lot of time. I highly recommend this storage facility because of low prices, terrific customer service, and friendliness!! read more
