From the initial inquiry the young man I spoke to on the phone was so helpful in getting my information and providing a very detailed email about the party set up, including surrounding businesses that could provide food at the location. We have unfortunately experienced an influx of bad weather over the last week so I knew it was likely we wouldn't be able to have his party due to it being outdoors. When I called I spoke to a woman (who I wish I asked her name) that was so kind. She apologized profusely about the weather even though it's clearly out of her control and offered to reschedule us for another time. Unfortunately that wasn't an option because of my scheduling limitations but I appreciated how apologetic she was for it. We will be back for sure to get a good race in but I really appreciated my interactions with the staff here for this particular event.

Seeing his confidence grow with every lap was priceless. The environment felt safe and well-organized, and the team treated him with respect rather than focusing on his diagnosis. It wasn't just about go-karts -- it was about inclusion and giving him the chance to have fun like any other child. We truly appreciate businesses that create spaces where all kids can feel welcome. We showed up at 5 pm for our first time racing, excited to go, and expected to be out in a couple of hours based on the timing and plan we were told when we signed up. Our party ended being stuck for 3.5 hours at the center to complete two races, missing dinner plans. Some of the arcade games were broken, and we were not given any indication we would be delayed until after a couple of hires had passed. Finally, when we asked about why it was taking so long, management listened to the concerns but didn't offer up any solutions. The team seems like they want to do well, but the place does not seem to be run very well at all. For the price, I would expect it to run more smoothly and transparently.

Just to be clear: a waiver does not protect a business from liability when its employees act negligently or fail to enforce basic safety rules. What's worse, we specifically asked why the older man who slammed into me was allowed to continue riding without even a basic warning like "please don't crash into others." The staff literally shrugged. No accountability, no concern, no professionalism. This isn't just bad service, it's dangerous. I will absolutely be escalating this beyond a review and am genuinely horrified that a buisness can treat clients like this. On top of this it took 20+ minutes for my niece to be able to finish her rides between each turn. There was no warning about that.

They are only open on weekends and some holidays so make sure you check their schedule online before just showing up. They also do a lot of events and so it's not available every day if you do get a chance to get out here, it's a fun experience, have a decent speed and are well-maintained. And they let you drive around multiple laps. They tack everything with some type of sensor in the carts so you will know you best lap time. There is no admission, you pay by the ride OR you can get a ride pass that provides you with unlimited rides (except the arcade). They have go karts for kids and adults, bumper cars, a ride where you get in an inflatable "kart" and bump others and shoot water, a ride called the " Disk'O" where you sit and it twirls you around while you go back and forth on a ramp, and they have a playground area for the kids. They have this mini coaster called "Python Pit", and you have been warned . They were in the process of expanding the area to include what looked like a multi- ramp go kart ride. There is a snack bar, but it closed around 7p (but the park stayed opened to 9 ) and the vending machines weren't working. Had to take a star off for that. (Free water was provided). They had plenty of benches (some covered) for you to sit and observe (as I did) and a covered pavilion with tables and benches for you to host a party. All in all, it was okay, but they need to keep the snack bar open until at least 30 minutes before closing AND please fix the busted vending machines!

SCAM ALERT Today was…read moremy daughter's 8th birthday, so we decided to support a local business and take the kids to Swaders Sports Park for arcade fun. I purchased multiple game cards for my daughter and two other children so they could enjoy themselves and save up tickets for prizes. My daughter was beyond excited after landing the 250 bonus on the Big Wheel Spin game... but when we checked the card balance afterward, the tickets were completely missing. While trying to resolve the issue, an employee directed me to the manager -- described as a white-bearded gentleman. On the way to speak with him, we witnessed another child hit a 1000-ticket bonus on a separate machine, and those tickets also failed to register. When we informed the manager, his response was:"If you hit 1000, you should tell me immediately." I explained it had literally just happened less than a minute earlier. His response then changed to:"Well, it says you didn't even play that game." At that point, I made it clear that I'm someone with a public platform, and I fully intend to investigate whether this is simply a flawed ticket system or something much more concerning involving children and families losing earned prizes. To be fair, I want to mention that the majority of the staff were actually polite and friendly. My issue was specifically with the handling of the situation by management, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Also worth mentioning: the kid zone was closed for "maintenance" during the visit. Parents work hard for their money, and kids deserve to receive the rewards they fairly win. I'll be looking deeper into how this ticket system operates in a deep dive video investigation documenting this issue for the world to see. Had a really great time at Swader's today…read more The staff met us this morning and were welcoming and very professional. We came for business meetings and use their business area to conduct the meetings. The area was efficient and made useful for us to be able to do some planning. They had a variety of breakout areas that we could go to and do a deeper analysis for our projects. At lunch, we were able to be able to get some great food from the snack bar and be able to spend some time playing some of the games and different activities that were made available. If you and your work group need a place to have fun and collaborate, this is a great option.
