I booked a large group package as a team event with my coworkers. It's been two months and people are still talking about how much fun they had! Most of us had never been in a go-kart before and some people were hesitant to try it. We were allowed up to 3 races per person, and everyone ended up take full advantage of that. We did have some technical difficulties with karts randomly stopping, but the workers were able to get things back up and running each time. It was a serious adrenaline rush and brought out the competitive spirit in all of us. Our group also took advantage of the nice bar in the paddock area, and we ordered pretzel bites which were very tasty. The facility was clean and the workers were very helpful. I would definitely recommend K1 for a group outing if you're feeling the need for speed! Make sure that you are wearing comfortable clothes and closed toed shoes if you intend to race. I'd recommend leaving any valuables in your car in the large parking lot if you do not have someone to hold them while you are racing. All racers must be over 48 inches tall, and helmets are provided in three sizes. Do note that you are required to wear a ski mask-type head cover, provided with your racing fee, under the helmets for sanitary reasons. If you typically wear a hijab, wig, or high ponytail, you may need to remove it to fit on the head cover (there's a restroom right next to the track where you can do this in privacy).

Went this past weekend with a group of my friends and it was a great time as we were celebrating one of my friends 40th birthday! The instructors were great, the food was actually very good as well (sorry, I forgot to take pictures!!!), and the service overall was fantastic. I could see this being a great place for kids may be 10 and up, as it can be a little bit hardcore lol. The speed cars can go VERY fast!! I would recommend though :)

Headgear - they give you one to keep your head clean. The material reminds me of Grannie panties

He asked if it was climate controlled so I told him it never gets above 82-84 degrees. Then his next feeble attempt was to say it was because the tape they use inside the grip just isn't long enough, and it wasn't really a problem. I asked if the manager was there, and he told me he was the manager on duty. Bottom line is all he did was try to make me believe it was either my fault or a new loose grip on on my putter that I just paid them for was not a problem. A terrible experience with a kid that just tried to shy from responsibility.

My daughter decided she wanted to play so I was glad I hadn't reserved a time. When we got to the course, it was a little after 5, I was told there were no tee times available on the lake course until 6:30 but we could play the par three. I didn't make a scene knowing the girl doing the reservations was not the issue but we played the par three instead. What a mistake! The greens are horrible and, in many cases, almost non existent. The cart paths are just that, paths! Not paved and not maintained. To top it off, there were no more than five groups on the lake course the whole time we played. I feel like I gave away my money and time! The only positive was I got to spend time with my daughter. Don't waste your money. You are better served to go hit balls at the driving range.

There is no admission, you pay by the ride OR you can get a ride pass that provides you with unlimited rides (except the arcade). They have go karts for kids and adults, bumper cars, a ride where you get in an inflatable "kart" and bump others and shoot water, a ride called the " Disk'O" where you sit and it twirls you around while you go back and forth on a ramp, and they have a playground area for the kids. They have this mini coaster called "Python Pit", and you have been warned . They were in the process of expanding the area to include what looked like a multi- ramp go kart ride. There is a snack bar, but it closed around 7p (but the park stayed opened to 9 ) and the vending machines weren't working. Had to take a star off for that. (Free water was provided). They had plenty of benches (some covered) for you to sit and observe (as I did) and a covered pavilion with tables and benches for you to host a party. All in all, it was okay, but they need to keep the snack bar open until at least 30 minutes before closing AND please fix the busted vending machines!

It's also covered by trees so you can still enjoy playing on hot sunny days. Now, the trees also drop needles, which need cleaned off the course. The only "odd" part of playing there is that you have to buy a plastic card for $1. They then load your $10 onto the card and you take it to the mini golf booth to have swiped so you can play a round of golf. You keep the card and refill it to enjoy their other amusements or more rounds of golf that day or any day you return. They have sufficient free parking.

SCAM ALERT Today was…read moremy daughter's 8th birthday, so we decided to support a local business and take the kids to Swaders Sports Park for arcade fun. I purchased multiple game cards for my daughter and two other children so they could enjoy themselves and save up tickets for prizes. My daughter was beyond excited after landing the 250 bonus on the Big Wheel Spin game... but when we checked the card balance afterward, the tickets were completely missing. While trying to resolve the issue, an employee directed me to the manager -- described as a white-bearded gentleman. On the way to speak with him, we witnessed another child hit a 1000-ticket bonus on a separate machine, and those tickets also failed to register. When we informed the manager, his response was:"If you hit 1000, you should tell me immediately." I explained it had literally just happened less than a minute earlier. His response then changed to:"Well, it says you didn't even play that game." At that point, I made it clear that I'm someone with a public platform, and I fully intend to investigate whether this is simply a flawed ticket system or something much more concerning involving children and families losing earned prizes. To be fair, I want to mention that the majority of the staff were actually polite and friendly. My issue was specifically with the handling of the situation by management, which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Also worth mentioning: the kid zone was closed for "maintenance" during the visit. Parents work hard for their money, and kids deserve to receive the rewards they fairly win. I'll be looking deeper into how this ticket system operates in a deep dive video investigation documenting this issue for the world to see. Please leave a review if you've had similar experiences with this manager or this situation.

We came for business meetings and use their business area to conduct the meetings. The area was efficient and made useful for us to be able to do some planning. At lunch, we were able to be able to get some great food from the snack bar and be able to spend some time playing some of the games and different activities that were made available. If you and your work group need a place to have fun and collaborate, this is a great option.

After playing in the arcade and getting a lot of 'tickets' he cashed in on a bunch of times. After that, we played laser tag. It was a legit laser tag place. We wondered how this building could possibly have a legit laser tag facility in it but it's actually upstairs on the whole floor. The laser equipment all was in good repair and worked as it should. We had a great time. The staff were all very friendly and also patient as my grandson pondered all of his choices with the 'tickets' he won. They apparently do birthday parties as well. Also what sucked about a lot of of the games is that, let's say it's a racing game, and you came in first place, your game is over. You don't even get to play anymore. You have to PAY more. Takes all of the fun out of it when you're constantly having to pay. I DID have fun, and I enjoyed myself quite a bit, but the price is really excessive. After some time, I asked the pit master when our race would begin and was told we were up next. When we checked again later, we discovered that we had never been added to the queue at all. Despite this being entirely their mistake, we were told we would have to wait even longer before being able to race. At that point, we decided we no longer wanted to participate and requested a refund. The staff refused to refund our money and instead offered free races at a later time. We declined because, after the experience we had already endured, we simply wanted our money back. To make matters worse, the facility was extremely hot because the air conditioning appeared to be either broken or ineffective, and the restroom had a strong odor of urine and feces. Overall, the lack of organization, poor customer service, refusal to issue a refund after their mistake, and uncomfortable facility conditions made this a very disappointing experience.
