This is a great store with easy parking on the street in front. I took a ring in to get it re-sized and was happy with the price quote. My husband went there yesterday to see if he could get his watch fixed, after it got snagged in a tree and the stainless steel band broke. A part was missing. The friendly man at the counter told my husband that he'd look through his parts and call to let my husband know if he had it. Not 20 minutes later, my husband received a call letting him know he had the part, and watch could be fixed! My husband picked it up the next day. The staff here are very polite and honest. The work done is top tier and respectably priced. I took my 14kt pinky ring to get resized and they did so in under a day. I also took my 14kt statement ring to have it polished, resized, and have the diamonds replaced. They did so in under a week despite having to rebuild the facets where the diamonds go because the ones I bought wet too big.
