The staff here are very polite and honest. The work done is top tier and respectably priced. I took my 14kt pinky ring to get resized and they did so in under a day. I also took my 14kt statement ring to have it polished, resized, and have the diamonds replaced. They did so in under a week despite having to rebuild the facets where the diamonds go because the ones I bought wet too big.
