It takes excellent service for me to write a review on yelp. I had a pair of diamond earrings that were poking me in the back of my neck. Roberto shortened them an recommended a push on back but that was too short and I was afraid of losing them! When I dropped them off I was quoted that it would be over $100.00 to put them back to original. Needless to say I was bummed. But when I went to pick them up it was free! I took in a sterling silver Virgin Mary ring to get repaired. The medallion part had broken off and needed to be soldered back on. Nothing big, fancy or expensive, but it has a lot of sentimental value to me. They treated it like it was a fine piece of diamond jewelry and gave it back to me looking brand new! I could barely tell the soldering was there but it was SOLID and that medallion wasn't going ANYWHERE. They even polished it for me! I got my engagement ring resized here twice and they did the job and were quick with it. And they are very friendly. However, my ring was a rose gold ring (more on the rosy side) and I know rose gold can be tricky because there's many different shades. But, what I'm disappointed with is that they took away my original rose gold color. After the second time I got it resized, they made an error and made it yellow gold but also wasn't consistent because I could still see my original rose gold color on the prongs/top. So not only was it the wrong color, they didn't even dip the whole band all the way. and so when I took it back to correct it, they did... And sure it is THEIR rose gold however, it is not the same shade as my original ring. I even asked if they wanted to see a photo of the original color before they corrected it and they said no it should be fine. But I had a gut feeling it was not going to be fine. When I got it back, I did communicate my original band was more pink and they basically told me they couldn't do anything because that's the solution they use. So.. If they didn't have my original shade of rose gold, I just wish they told me they could not resize it then. Or, they could've communicated that resizing it WAS going to change the color. And I could've had the choice to still resize it at their business or go somewhere else. I wasn't expecting my color to change. Yes my ring is the correct size now and it is their version of rose gold but, it doesn't feel like my original ring anymore because the color is not the same. read more

It was my first time here, and I came in to have my ring repaired. One of the prongs had broken off, leaving the emerald jewel to come off as well. I took it here to get fixed, and it was! At first I was very happy with the results. Then only after a week of having my ring fixed, the same prong has broken again, only this time, the emerald is no where to be found. If I could leave the most -0 I would. I found it a bit strange that they don't weigh your jewelry infront of you for fixing. But I trusted them since the owner or manager seemed pretty chill. I bought a necklace here and it broke. I took it here to get it fixed like 4 times already and it would always break days later. I took it again and once again it broke not even 3 days of having it. I come to realize they switched my necklace with a different one! When i went to confront them they obviously denied it. I was able to tell the difference from the weight and size and stamps. (I personally purchased my own scale once i started noticing my jewelry coming back different) My old necklace only had two stamps. This new one has 4 stamps. It's way thinner and longer. Mine use to be perfectly thick and short. Anyways after I got it back it broke again! Never took it here to fix again. Charging $40 is way too much especially since it keeps breaking with the slightest tug plus the sketchy switch of jewelry. I found an extremely amazing jeweler that charges $20 and does an amazing job my necklace hasn't broke since. My first mistake was not taking a picture of it before giving it to them for fixing. I use to like this place until this happened. I hope you guys take this review into consideration before coming here for fixing. read more
