The cost of their services felt like a throwback to the 1990s--in the best possible way. In an era when prices seem to rise daily, Kings Jewelers offers exceptional value without sacrificing quality or service. If the G shock was broken I would have kindly given back the batteries and cancelled the whole exchange. $5 to take a link out of my citizen but big whoop. Looks like this place is better on jewellery than watches.

My husband had his reservations about ordering something so expensive online, so we ended up going to a local jeweler. The local jeweler said they would be able to make the same ring for a similar price, so we considered it. However, when I went home to inspect our quote, I noticed that the aquamarine would be an imitation stone. After some light research, I learned that imitation stones can be made of plastic. At that point, I honestly felt deceived, because the jeweler didn't take the time to educate my husband and I on what we would be potentially buying. If we are going to purchase a piece of jewelry that is supposed to commemorate 7+ years of marriage and our 2 kids, it shouldn't have plastic in it. I told my husband that my gut told me we should go online, so he told me to reach out to Diamondful. I messaged Armin and within the first hour, I knew I made the right choice. Mo was a consummate professional, counseling me that the problem had predated the battery replacement, explaining what had caused the current issue, and offering to make a full repair. He then comped my repair because I had (incorrectly!) thought that his battery replacement had caused the damage and he (correctly!) stands by his work. When I realized my mistake and apologized and tried to pay for the repair, he refused to let me and said that he hoped he'd see me again as a customer. I will not only be back, but will share this story with anyone looking for a place that operates with both skill and integrity. True that he will only entertain you if you're buying jewelries. I was so upset! This is not even a 1 star customer service! This is a NO star customer service.
