My husband had his reservations about ordering something so expensive online, so we ended up going to a local jeweler. However, when I went home to inspect our quote, I noticed that the aquamarine would be an imitation stone. After some light research, I learned that imitation stones can be made of plastic. My experience with Armin and Diamondful was nothing short of wonderful. I reached out to Armin with an inquiry if he could not only design a custom ring for me, but do so in a very short timeline (one month). Armin responded almost immediately and walked me through the process. After showing him the design, we discussed budget and, based on that conversation, Armin presented several options for different price points within my budget. He provided all the necessary information on the center stone (cut, clarity, etc.) and provided video clips of each center stone for my own viewing. After choosing the stone, Armin provided regular updates on the 3D renderings of the design, and further provided updates on construction and timeline. I felt like I was a part of the design process and that made me feel comfortable throughout. The ring was absolutely stunning once it arrived (a day early, I might add).
