The peanut butter nutella was really good, it tasted like a big chocolate peanut butter cup. We made it inside and waited patiently for our turn to order. Before you knew it, we realized that we were in line for 50 minutes just to get to get two scoops of ice cream. There were six associates behind the counter. Only two were working. The others was goofing off. I wanted to leave, but I also wanted to try this ice cream because I've heard such great things about it I got the rum raisin ice cream because you can't find that particular flavor everywhere. The ice cream itself was a 10 out of 10 for flavor and texture. But my overall experience with The Udder Bar was a 3 for customer service. It shouldn't take almost and hour to get ice cream with 6 people behind the counter. Most likely I will not be returning.

This is a really awesome local ice cream shop in Bethlehem PA. They stay open late until 10pm each…read morenight and they have tons of flavors that are locally made. I got German Chocolate Cake flavor on a waffle bowl and they added hot fudge at my request. Absolutely delicious and decadent. What more can you want from ice cream? And it seems to be continuously crowded so it's definitely doing something right!
