All the years I shopped at Lidl and I never walked out of this grocery store with more than three items. The other reason I stopped shopping here, is because the last time I went to the Center Moriches store there were no cash registers open. This particular Lidl may have self check out aisles, however all the self check out aisles are credit card only. I don't see the point of using my credit card to pay for a measly three items. They should just shut this Lidl down already and replace it with a Trader Joe's. There's no reason to keep this Lidl open when there's another Lidl ten minutes away in Shirley.

For serious, Saturday mid morning and all the self checkouts were closed and only one register open…read morewith a line down the produce aisle. We all felt horrible for her. Manager walking around aimlessly. At the very least help work another register for relief. If the self checkout was broken, that's one thing. I bake my own bread, because the majority of GF bread is overpriced and ridiculously tiny. The produce section is also quite large, and they nearly always have watercress! Again, some prices are rather higher than Lidl or Aldi, but definitely a much bigger selection. Another advantage of King Kullen is the deli. They have Boar's Head and a store brand, and good sale prices. I did have to wait at the counter for a bit until someone turned around and saw me. Another employee fled into the back when I approached the counter. Weird. I got a pound of turkey and a half pound of Swiss. The ready-made meatballs looked delicious, but nobody could tell me if they were made with breadcrumbs. Disappointing. I'm pretty sure that the big Italian meatballs do have breadcrumbs, but there were small teriyaki meatballs that might have been gluten-free. Couldn't risk it, though. Idk why they don't have ingredient lists. It's a large, bright, very clean store. Shelves are well-stocked and organized. Employees are helpful, although the fish guy seemed very surprised when I asked if they ever had fresh salmon burgers. He said they had frozen. In a box. Ah well. I can make them at home. GF breadcrumbs, fresh salmon, and Old Bay, in the food processor. Yum! King Kullen is also the only nearby source for Chobani coffee yogurt, so that's another reason to go.

These two women cashiers should not be working in customer service. They were rude to me and my boy friend and the customer behind us an told the older gentleman customer to use the self check out and when he said he didn't know how she responded it's your problme. We did ask for the manager several times. These two women shall not be working at this supermarket. I will not be retiring here and will spread the word to others about my experience and they shall not shop there. no knowledge and nasty cashiers.

4/27 I came to Wally World unexpectedly. I saw it on the way…read moreto my seminar so I stopped in. The greeter was really great and gave me the directions to the auto department. I saw the auto department from the outside but disregarded my reasoning to drive over, that's why I went inside and I had a long walk. Looking at the antifreeze I asked the associate if I needed assistance with finding the right antifreeze or do I just search. She replied that I can just search but if I needed help, she would summons someone. I eventually found the right product, paid for it and I was on my way to my destination. No problems, no hassle, just in, and out. Easy peasy! Now if all Walmart centers were clean, roomie, and offered great customer service like this one, I'd shop at Walmart. Too bad I don't live in this area, I'd become a loyal customer! Inspire more, Yelp more!

I got a Bacon Egg & Cheese Salt Pepper Keychup on a roll which was an all time hit like a Queens Deli. Also photographed is a Sausage Bacon Egg and Cheese which I heard hit the spot also. The PERK of this kingdom is all the grocery attached to it! LOOK at the isles of goodies! I got a Starbucks Double Shot & my bae made a coffee himself at the station-- just like a 711; nice. The paintball jaw breakers broke my neck. They look like awesome stocking stuffers or small gifts for the people you want to bother all year long but can't find a way how to! Hope the pics help!
