I had to laugh when I first saw the growler unit as it sports an aluminum gutter system for overflow like one would find at Home Depot. Very efficient and clean, it was obvious great care was taken to clean it everyday. No buildup, nothing sloppy. Greeted warmly with my arms filled with Bordeaux wines, the counter guy helped me with my bags and then he helped me make a selection. With an array of local craft beers whose masters I know by name, I tried Blind Bat and Two Roads before taking both Tap and Cask are my favorite ways to receive beers as they radiate the magic of the brewer's touch much in the same way a vineyard might attribute the ethereal magic of terroir (earth, area) to its wine.
