Friday afternoon I waited 15 minutes in line and the customer service person said that I had to wait in another line for a consultation. After waiting another 10 minutes the woman said that they will fill it now and should be ready in the 15 minutes. I overheard one pharmacists tell the other that her shift was over and she had to leave. This would leave the lone pharmacist the take care of a long line of customers by himself.
