I had called trying to get a medicine from them. I'm begging for their help. I'm willing to pay cash out-of-pocket and they said it's not worth it for them to fill it and more or less told me go somewhere else. How horrible is that? They're worried about the money but meanwhile they be getting paid in cash and I can have a medicine so I can live. It's very sad that people keep putting profit over anybody else. I would not recommend this pharmacy. They are not willing to help at all. read more

Echo pharmacy deserves 5 stars for caring about their customers and their community in general. A family member ran into a problem with their original pharmacy filling a necessary medication and had to call other pharmacies to find availability, Echo Pharmacy went the extra mile to make sure they got it. read more

Advertises as a trust worthy home town drugstore really???? They have to be the biggest rip off drugstore in our town. I went to purchase a Covid quick test they charged me 49.99 for the test and stamped my receipt no refund or exchanges. I thought this very strange so I researched what they sold me to find walmart was selling the very same test for 14 dollars! So much for trust worthy and honest! I'll never go there again! read more

I can't believe I'm writing a review for a pharmacy. I actually have only gotten a few items from the actual pharmacy that were hard to get in CVS. They also have a "boutique," which carries super last minute gifts. There's so much more than a pharmacy! And the people are all super friendly. read more

Went in today to get an ankle brace after being disappointed with an online purchase. It was local to me and the information on their website indicated they sold ortho products so it was a no brainer since it's basically right around the corner. I can't express enough how grateful and impressed I was with the thoughtful, personal care and customer service. I was able to try on 5-6 different braces with the assistance of a very knowledgeable staff member to find the perfect product to me. When I asked for an ACE Bandage to wrap my ankle for extra support - she discussed with me the different options available, for an ACE Bandage! Lovely people. SERIOUSLY AWESOME SELECTION. Shelves completely stocked with nearly everything you can think of! Definitely a fan. Definitely will be going back should I have additional needs. My dog had 2 seizures within 12 hours today. Our vet gave us a prescription for medication to help him not have another one. We went to our local CVS and they did not have it. They called 3 other stores who didn't have it. My fiancée called 3 Walgreens stores who also didn't have it. I called another "big box" store and they didn't have it. I gave Echo Pharmacy a call and not only did they have it in stock, but they had it ready for me in 15 minutes right before they closed! Amazing service! They are my pharmacy from now on! No more big box retailers for us! Thanks to Echo Pharmacy, we can sleep tonight. read more

Amazing....I go way back with Echo. I tell you why. 13 years ago, needing a chemotherapy Drug for my husband, I went to CVS, Rite Aid was told we will have it for you next week. New to the area I believed them...went to pick it up they kept telling me tmrw...He now needed to begin the medicine within two days. I walked into Echo practically on my knees, as I said I was new to the area, my new neighbor recommended them. The pharmacist asked me to just wait one minute, as the tears were rolling down my face. He made one phone call and said the medicine will be in by 10 AM tomorrow morning. I finally learned the meaning of family owned pharmacist, and how they work with each other across the United States. something the big pharmacies can't do, they have all their medicines in warehouses because they buy in bulk. 10 AM the following morning, my husbands much needed medication was there, it was flown in from Kansas City. I have never ever gone back to any other pharmacy, it was never necessary. I will always be grateful for what did and continue to do for my family and all the families in this area.
