Recently, I forgot my policy and I went to a big store in order to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. There was no one in the plumbing department to assist me and I ended up getting the wrong parts. Then I went to K & W, showed them a picture of the problem and they talked me through my options and made sure I left the store with parts and knowledge to fix the leak. Can't sing their praises enough.

Absolutely unprofessional results, I have dealt with so many companies, ordering thousands upon thousands of dollars of tools and Tool Nut takes the absolute crown for the worst Customer Service experience. Tool Nut shipped replacement items twice to the wrong address, then telling me that it was my problem, and I should deal with it, go retrieve them, oh and please return one of them, In what universe is this good customer service. The staff are all very nice and very knowledgeable. While I use Ring's End for bigger projects, when I'm looking for something specific and cannot find it at Ring's End, I more often than not find that Ridgefield Hardware has what I need. If you don't see what you want quickly, just ask. The great team behind the cash registers at the front will ask when you come in if they can help.
