Combine this with their unstable retail locations and poor staff attitudes in-store, and it's clear they don't value retention. When we asked for clarification, she became defensive, raised her voice, and said, 'I'm not acting like shit.' The situation escalated so badly that, for the sake of our child, we had to cancel our purchase and leave.
