They arrived the day after they were scheduled to arrive (which I paid extra for). After already being late, they then arrived an hour after the new scheduled time. They damaged many of my items including soaking my bed frame in rain water so that it no longer closes flush and ripping apart my artwork. I specifically asked them to pack sensitive items like my record player and telescope assuming they would do a better job than me at protecting them but they just threw them in a box with no padding. The worst offense, however, was that they LOST about HALF of my items. Not only did they not arrive and they do not know where they are but NO ONE has checked to find the items or given me an update on how this will be resolved. When I have called the front office they only tell me that they can't give me timelines or solutions because that is up to management and apparently management is currently off site. There is no direct line to management or a way to contact them. There is not an ounce of urgency on their part to resolve this issue. Absolutely awful experience. I am on stand by and I have no way to know if I need to replace the items or if they'll be found. Over thousands of dollars of items missing, priceless items that are not even sold anymore and are irreplaceable. For double the price of large scale movers, this is 100% not worth it.

Moved some things into storage so I could have some free space. They were so nice, worked hard and took care of all of my items, And took the little extra time to make sure everything was secure in their truck. Speaking of their truck - I've never seen a cleaner moving truck and when we were all done after I paid they took the time to organize, fold the moving blankets and remove the tape used on them - it was so organized! Really nice movers that I've already sent to a few friends and will happily use again!

And was very patient with me and all my changes!!! Out of all the movers I called for quotes, he was the only one that followed up with me. I will definitely call him for my next move! Then comes time for the movers to load us up from Margate, FL to NC. They were beyond professional, sweet, careful, and so kind to us. Asked questions along the way. Moved our personal belongings with such care. These two young men pictured with my mom were simply amazing!!!! Now for the unload in NC. The driver kept in touch with us from the time he loaded the truck up until delivery day.... keeping us updated on time line. We had two stops, and he handled everything perfectly. Even told my mom, relax I will put the bed together! We had a storage unit and I was afraid everything wouldn't fit, well he told me not to worry he's got it. And he did! The boxes were quite light, so we loaded them one by one, and this made us feel better. We booked a time for our building elevator, and our team worked around that time frame without wasting time. It was handled calmly, though there was a slight lag while the other person was loading the area. Everyone was very nice and informed us throughout the entire process. They delivered around 9 pm, and the main furniture was delivered to the desired location. One of the lamp shades had to be tweaked upon unpacking, but it was a minor issue. The boxes were readily available as each room's name was clearly written on the box. The move itself remained well planned and executed from start to finish, even with two pickup points. The team really had a strategy for everything.

Items such as resistance bands, attachments and hand weights were placed in reinforced boxes. The larger ones were wrapped tightly before being carried through the doorway. I had my household furniture loaded separately; it was busy keeping everything in order. The treadmill would have to be angled differently in the new house to fit through the hallway. The team didn't rush through the process and damage anything. This took a few minutes longer, but it was done professionally. The last delivery was received, and all major items arrived undamaged. It wasn't our equipment, as there were a few scuff marks on one of the moving blankets. The crew put the pieces back together and ensured that they were stable. The service was thorough for a big and complex job and surprisingly smooth.

I am like this is a candid camera or phone prank. If I am having this many issues prior to having a tank or services provided I can only guess what it will be like trying to get gas delivered during an emergency. Thanks but no thanks. They have great hours including weekends which makes it very convenient and we were able to drop off items when we were headed to the Publix grocery which is right next door. They have a very friendly and helpful staff and of course they give receipts if needed. As soon as we drove up, I asked for a cart which they brought to me very quickly. THey also help me unload it and get more bags and boxesThey do not sell anything here. They only accept donations, which was totally fine for my wife and myself. We were getting rid of items, not collecting more. KUDOs to the team at Goodwill Donation Center.

Alan and his crew were amazing, we hired them to help us move out of a 3 bedroom apt on the 2nd fl into a two story house. He gave us a good quote and assured me his men would show up by 9am on the scheduled move day. Well they showed up at 8:30 am ! woohoo 3 guys with a more than big enough truck to haul all of our stuff out. These guys worked their butts off and were very efficient and quick. Had us out of our apartment and into our new home by 1:30 that day. they took apart and put together any furniture that needed it, put all of the boxes in the room's they belonged in and made sure we were happy w/their service before they left. We were very happy, best decision we made was to hire movers and the better decision was going with King Moving and Storage. Please dont pass these guys up it is well worth every penny to get quality service. Will recommend to anyone who is considering hiring movers . King Moving and Storage (King M&S) is a genuine pleasure to work with! They came to us highly recommended by several of our new neighbors, but I was skeptical at first after reading their reviews; they had some negative reviews from prior years. However, Alan Seidenberg, the new owner who just took over the business in December 2019, assured me that I would be really happy with them. Their price was not the cheapest compared to other movers, but they sent 4 men with a 26' truck who made our move easy and were very efficient. With reasonable rates and excellent service, King M&S crews also proved to be very friendly and paid close attention to details. We worked with Harvey, Greg, Zoe, and Anthony and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a team of honest professionals. read more

What ever you do....do not use this company. They work out of the house and if you use them for storage you will get EXTORTED. They put your items in a self storage unit and if you need to access it for any reason they will charge you for 5 hours of labor which can be up to $500.00. You might have to pay it then sue them in small claims court for the damages and any monies you feel you over paid. Do not trust them and if you do for what ever reason GET EVERYTHING IN SPECIFIC WRITING OR YOU WILL GET THE BAD END OF THE DEAL AND IT WILL BECOME A NIGHTMARE. My wife and I hired King Moving on a referral from a realtor friend and we were so glad we did! Of the past 4 moves, by far the friendliest and most careful movers we have dealt with! The price was very fair and they even did an extra trip to put a sofa in Boca. Have moved 4 times in the last 10 years, we have used them each time, and would use them again (although I never want to move again, lol) We even had them pick up a piano for us , and they have since moved it 3 times. We weren't ready for our last move but they really worked to get us out of our home on time and into the next one (they stored it for us over night!) I recently had a very disappointing experience with this moving company, and I feel it's important…read moreto share my story so others can be aware of what to look out for.First off, when I initially asked about the move details, I was told that I wouldn't be charged for the drive time--just for the actual moving time. They did mention that gas and tips weren't included, which I understood. However, the timeline they provided was completely off from what actually happened.On the day of the move, the movers were supposed to arrive at 8:00 AM but didn't show up until around 11:30 AM, citing traffic delays. They kept sending me screenshots supposedly showing their route, but the math didn't add up since an hour later they still claimed to be 45 minutes away.When they did finally arrive, it was two movers: one who couldn't speak English and another who had only been on the job for three days. My son, who wasn't supposed to be part of the labor, ended up having to help them because they were moving so slowly. I had pre-packed everything to make it easy for them, and they even parked on my lawn (which could have gotten me in trouble with my HOA) just to make things more convenient. Despite all these accommodations, they took longer than necessary.After everything was loaded--which only took about an hour--they decided to take a food and gas break. I arrived at my destination a full hour before they did, even though I made my own stop. When they finally reached the new location, they tried to tell me that my time was up after only 30 minutes of unloading, refusing to assemble my furniture or place items where I needed them.The owner's explanation was that the clock started ticking from the time they finished loading back at the original location, which completely contradicted what I was told before. In the end, I had to hire additional help just to set up basic furniture--something that should have been included in the service.In summary, while the workers themselves might not have been rude, the way the company handled timing and communication felt like a tactic to squeeze more money out of me. The final cost for a three-and-a-half-hour move that ended up being poorly executed was $1,200, from.a quoted $750 and they even left behind their dolly and didn't return the screws for my tables , do to them rushing so much , they double check the truck and never went inside to see they left it, nor was i contacted as a follow up on things. My advice: make sure you get everything in writing beforehand, ask detailed questions, and be cautious, even if the company seems like the cheapest option. It might save you a lot of frustration in the long run. I also was asked to pay before they even unloaded my items. Which now I think that was so they could leave. If the 3 hours move was to much why take the job. The guys moved extra slow on purpose. Lastly my daughter is Hispanic and they wasn't aware they she knew everything they was saying as they complained the whole time. I even broughtthem water and coffee. This is to help the business be more detailed and professional as they is what keeps a business going.

Very bad experience…read more Movers were 20 minutes late. Then they had no mattress/box spring covers as promised when i got the quote. I had bought some originally when going to move by myself without movers but then wanted to return them since i had to book movers and they were to provide but they didn't have any so had to use my own (extra $20 out or my pocket). I was literally moving just across the street and had only a few things to move --- a bed, 2 bedside tables, dresser, standing desk, 0 boxes bc had moved everything else myself already. Out of those few things they moved- they damaged my wood bedside table (part of a matching set so now can't use both of them) and damaged my bed frame. I have pictures of both the day before with no damage which proves they did the damage to both. Also keep in mind i only used 2 hr of the 4 minimum i had to book with them. So they only had to work half the time and move a few items and still those few items got damaged just from moving them to an apartment building next door. They offered me $60 for the damage, i felt i was owed at least $200 discount but all they would come up to was $100 off. Do NOT recommend. Wish i had just finished my move myself without hiring the movers at all

This is my 2nd time using Aragon, and the experience was even better then the last…read more A week before I contacted them and it took about 30 minutes through Yelp and email to get everything booked (including time to figure out my schedule which took the longest. Moved some things into storage so I could have some free space. They were so nice, worked hard and took care of all of my items, And took the little extra time to make sure everything was secure in their truck. Speaking of their truck - I've never seen a cleaner moving truck and when we were all done after I paid they took the time to organize, fold the moving blankets and remove the tape used on them - it was so organized! Really nice movers that I've already sent to a few friends and will happily use again!
