This is my 2nd time using Aragon, and the experience was even better then the last. A week before I contacted them and it took about 30 minutes through Yelp and email to get everything booked (including time to figure out my schedule which took the longest. Moved some things into storage so I could have some free space. They were so nice, worked hard and took care of all of my items, And took the little extra time to make sure everything was secure in their truck. Speaking of their truck - I've never seen a cleaner moving truck and when we were all done after I paid they took the time to organize, fold the moving blankets and remove the tape used on them - it was so organized! I got a recommendation from my neighborhood WhatsApp for Aragon Movers. I filled out a quick form online and Lily called me right back. I received a quote for three guys and a moving truck. My move was very small so I was really looking for something economical. Aragon Movers was upfront with pricing, had availability for Saturday morning and ready to go. I sent a few photos of what I needed moved. There were no hidden fees. I booked with a deposit on my credit card and signed the form digitally. The movers were punctual and called when they were 15 minutes out. The guys were friendly and kind, and I could really tell they knew what they were doing. Used Aragon for a recent move and at the last minute my situation changed (I was hospitalized during my move). And ended up needing those packing and storage service. Overall a good experience but a lot of wasted packing material with minimal inventory actually packed in boxes. Received a lot of boxes fully packed with bubble wrap but some with empty containers inside. Pointless waste of packing supplies in many instances. Missing a lot of items that could have been packed instead of using paper and bubble wrap to stuff boxes. Friendly service overall and showed up on time for pick up and delivery. Just pricier than expected to which I was blamed for when I questioned it since changing needs at last minute pretty much changed things for my move so I get it. All in all, the best move Ive ever had. There's always going to be minor issues, but Aragon got all the big things right and their follow up was appreciated. read more

Just WOW. Early, clean, professional, hardworking, no babbling, no screaming at each other. They were very upfront about what information they needed from me and when and I knew exactly what to expect in terms of time, money, and what I needed to do to prepare. They took excellent care of our things and took the time to wrap my furniture in blankets and plastic. They took apart our bed and other items to make it easier to move. They have a BBB rating if A+ and great reviews online so I thought I'd give them a call. My first contact was with the owners son who was very personable and professional. There is a very strong sense of integrity and caring throughout the company from start to finish. It is family owned and you definitely get that sense from everyone you encounter. The owner himself did my walkthrough estimate. He really put me at ease and I could sense his passion and pride in his company. AND his quote was about $1000 under what the previous company had quoted. And that price does NOT change at the other end. The foreman assigned to my move was continually double checking and correcting younger movers on how to better their skills. They are super fast yet do not skimp on quality. Opening my boxes at the new location I found things were packed with surgical precision. Not a single item lost or scratched or broken. I recently did an international move with Aragon systems. They came to pickup my stuff on time but it was delivered to me after 27 days. The guys who came to deliver the stuff were not professional. Some of my expensive furniture such as Bed Head Board, Office tables, Dresser had damages. I took a full service with them along with the insurance which costed me additional $350. Also, last minute they told me to pay $150 for their preffered location custom clearance. They didn't unpack any of the boxes and also they were not ready to assemble the big furniture. I had to call the owner of Aragon Systems to ask them to assemble atleast some of the big furniture. It took me and my husband 10 days to unpack and arrange everything. I am sharing pictures of how my stuff was delivered and the damages that was caused to my items. I chose Aragon because they were rated 5-star on Yelp. Sometimes, these ratings can be inaccurate or outdated. However, I really feel like credit should be given - when credit is due. Segev, my point of contact at Aragon has been AMAZING. Dealing with the property management company at my townhouse complex is impossible and every time I needed a certificate of insurance, to adjust my dates, to find out acceptable forms of payment - he has responded to my emails immediately. Not many people do this nowadays and when someone is THAT good - they should be recognized. This is a follow up to my original review of Aragon moving. I just finished unpacking my move from Florida back to Indianapolis, IN. Aragon packed me in early November in Venice, FL they were on time, neat courteous and very careful. I gave them five stars for the packing process. The held my furniture for 2 months then delivered it on time, unloaded in 5 hours and covered all flooring to prevent damage. The only broken item was one wine glass. Aragon works with other companies to ship internationally, so it was the company in Hawaii that sent Aragon our way. We've moved countless times with the military, but this was our first time moving as civilians... And by far the most satisfactory. The crew showed up about 20 minutes early and we're very courteous and professional. They communicated with us throughout our pack-up and did a phenomenal job in packing everything thoroughly and carefully. We have only praise for Elad, Jason, George, and Guy and felt as though they were genuinely concerned about our home and our belongings, something we have never experienced in the past. A specific example of their professionalism: they needed to move clothing from a dresser into a box and were sensitive that there were garments we may not want them handling, so offered us an opportunity to pack the clothes ourselves. As I mentioned, Aragon works with other companies. One glitch in our move is that the primary company did not recommend we get a walk through assessment of our move, therefore when Aragon showed up, we had significantly more than estimated. Elad was very honest and let us know right away that we were looking at additional charges and even made an on-the-spot estimate. Of course nobody wants to pay more, but we appreciated the forthcoming information, which was better than getting everything packed and then getting smacked in the face with the additional charges. Hands down, we would recommend Aragon without hesitation to any of our friends or family and rate them as a top notch performer in the moving business. read more

Aragon Movers was subcontracted by Guaranteed Price Movers (GPM) to pick my gear up from Cutler Bay, Florida in order to begin the transition process to Honolulu, Hawaii. Their staff kept up good communication throughout the process and gave me accurate estimates as to when they would arrive to collect my stuff based on changing Miami traffic conditions. Upon their arrival, their fluently bilingual staff (led by foreman George) was obviously well-prepared to patiently deal with stressed-out customers. They quickly re-assessed the estimate that GPM had given me, and explained the new estimate using the written pricing structure that we both had been provided in advance of the move. They assured me that the new estimate would not be final until after the full loadout had been completed, and that I would be able to assess it for accuracy before ship. Their on-sight estimate was within ten cubic feet of the actual final assessment, which speaks to long experience in handling these sorts of moves. Their staff did their best to pack things efficiently so that it would occupy a reduced cubic volume. They were extremely rapid but very careful at padding furniture, and did a better job of removing things from my apartment than I did when I first moved in. No walls or crown moulding or doors or furniture were harmed in the process. Given that I had almost double the volume of gear that the original shipper had estimated, they still managed to pack it all out in a little more than the original hour that had been scheduled. They were calm, professional, and speedy. I could not ask for more in a moving company, and would gladly recommend them to anyone making a long-distance move. read more

I needed to establish a move within a short time frame and the process with Aragon was easy and thorough. I communicated frequently with Ayalet during the reservation and she responded to email and phone quickly which i'm thankful for. They confirmed my appointment the day before and the day of the move (today) and before arriving they called me 45 minutes before to let me know. The guys that did the shipping and paperwork were so nice and courteous, real gentlemen. I also had a TV stand with glass doors and they made sure to remove them and package it separately to prevent possible damage. I actually had my mattress sealed in a moving bag but they still went ahead and wrapped it in a blanket to give it extra protection. They were the only company to want to come to house to give estimate vs a "room by room" item analysis. As soon as Joseph entered the house I trusted him! The estimate was slightly more expensive than the "hourly rate" given over phone by other companies but I knew there would be no hidden surprise charges. Everything had to go into storage, and again trust them with ensuring everything is packed properly for 6 months. They stated it couldn't be efficiently done in one day.
