Alfonso and his crew arrived within the first hour of our appointment window (and I had received a text 30 min prior to arrival as well). The crew was superb - they were friendly, courteous, careful, and efficient. Besides taking water breaks, they were working non-stop. Oh. My. Gosh. I cannot begin to express how phenomenal Omar and his team were. We initially had a second stop before the final destination, but the day before we ended up not needing it. Grant was super helpful getting that changed for us. Omar and his crew moved us from a 3rd floor apartment with a windy staircase and a bridge (gotta love 1970s design work) to a house and did it in 4 hours! Everything went PERFECT! The crew was the best and they showed up on time. It was very early in the morning and they came with smiles and all!! They were professional, friendly and very careful with my items. I wasn't expecting them to wrap my furniture because they were small pieces but they did and treated my stuff with great care. They moved everything as I asked and without fuss. They also moved the bulky items like my washer, dryer and fridge and reconnected everything in my new home. When they arrived they came with extra people and told me no charge for the additional people. Then when the work was finished, they changed their mind and charged me for the extra people they brought. The work they provided was decent but don't count on the agreed price.
