Update: Move was November 23, 2020. As mentioned, scheduling was easy and was hopeful the move would be just as easy. It was definitely the easiest move I've ever done. Communication just before and day of move was great. They arrived on time, and the whole move for a 1 bedroom apartment, door to door from Fort Worth to Frisco, barely took over two hours. So this is my first time using a moving company since I exited the military many years ago. My main concern, other than damaging items, was the time it would take to complete the job. Since it's an hourly rated move I worried they would take their time to get the maximum amount they could. Quite the contrary! First of all Carlos, Lorenzo, and Martin came in ready to work! And not only that they were so friendly and professional! They came in, made quick work of getting my 2bd apt out from the second floor and just as quickly unloaded into our 2 story house! It took a total of 3 1/2hrs and this included an approximate 30-40min drive. Mind you we did not have appliances and such but when they said they were done I was truly amazed! And everything was in perfect condition! It was also only a fraction of the cost that I estimated myself it would be so to their quick work! We will more then likely be buying a house in the next couple of years and this will be a big, fully stocked 3bd home with all major appliances and I will definitely be calling back and looking for my same 3 guys to come and take care of it for us! First off the three guys that came and moved me were prompt on time and even though I wasn't completely organized they worked with me and did what they could I was expecting to spend at least $1,000 this is my first experience with any moving company I only spent close to 6:00 and that was for them to come in they even help me pack wrap my furniture they stacked it nothing was broken not a picture not nothing they gave me the best advice ever for my TVs I even got some life advice from the older gentleman which really helped me but everything that I've been through they made this experience smooth wonderful they were kind they were nice they wasn't rude and we would have been finished had I given them the correct address to my storage location but even with that communication there was an upset they got there and they did what they need to do in a time frame that could have taken longer so kudos to all of them even with the setting up of the moving services I did it the day before and it was available the next day no deposit no nothing it was truly a blessing I will always go to them whenever I need them and will refer them to anyway has off to you guys thank y'all so much for the experience and I will always be a loyal loyal customer read more

Carlos and his crew took care of my move from SE Fort Worth to Addison. I really appreciated how the whole process was from start to finish. Carlos called me the morning of the move to let me know they were on the their way, it took them just about an hour to unload my house. I was really impressed with how quickly they worked and they were great communicators during that process. When we got to my new place, we did a tour of the layout so the guys could decide what would be easiest for them to unload my items and because the elevator was across the building but I had a stairwell next to my apartment, that's the route they took. We were very pleased with our experience with King Moving! During our initial move (with another moving company), we had to make a stop at a storage facility and ran into King Moving. They were extremely professional and quick (the opposite of what we were experiencing with our current movers) and I quickly connected with their client to ask for her experience. I quickly snapped a picture and contacted King Moving to obtain a quote for a second move (from a separate storage facility to home). A week after our first move and knowing we physically could not do the storage move ourselves, I contacted King Moving and booked for the first available Saturday (6/21). With our window set for 2-5, We received a call around 4 pm advising that the movers were running late and would start outside of our window. While some would consider this a negative, I actually appreciated the prompt call to advise of this delay as well as the follow-through to contact us as soon as the movers were on their way to us. The movers were friendly, professional, and fast. They were done in under 3 hours and we really couldn't have been more pleased with their professionalism and work. King Moving just moved my daughter from a 2000 square foot home into a 1100 square foot upstairs apartment. They arrived promptly and kept a positive, gracious and upbeat attitude through a long, 4 hour pack up, 3 hour travel time, and then a good 4 hours at the end of their day moving all the stuff upstairs. They were tired, we were tired, but at the end of the day I could have hugged each of them for making this move as smooth as it possibly could have gone. They went over and above to help us make it all fit and to get things right where they belonged. They were still smiling as they left for their long drive home in the dark!!!! I had a moving company empty out my house a couple years ago and move my stuff into a storage shed. I guess I didn't specify that I didn't want everything just thrown into the shed, but that's pretty much what they did. Due to the mess they left, I have been unable to get anything organized; I can't even get to anything. I called King Movers and they had a truck with 3 guys come out and very carefully move all our stuff from one storage shed to another. They were neat, professional, prompt and careful. All the furniture was covered and is now neatly stacked in the back, and all the boxes are up front with room to go through them. Excellent service all the way around.
