I must say, they far exceeded my expectations. Carlos, Lorenzo and Martin were excellent from beginning to end. They arrived early, were very courteous, moved my furniture, boxes, washer and dryer quickly and with care. They disassembled and reassembled my bedroom and dining room furniture in perfect order as well as reconnected my washer and dryer without issue. Found King Moving through Google and read the reviews and decided to try them for my parents move. From the first contact and getting everything set up to the moving crew (Kane and 2 others) they all did a great job. They were very patient with my mom when she would request items in certain places and were efficient as well. I contacted King Moving about having something moved for me. Grant contacted me quite quickly and was very friendly and helpful. The situation on my end occurred that another company was used without my knowing it, so I was unable to finish working with him. I would however like to comment on how his friendliness and courtesy to work with me was excellent and it showed me that he would be a company I may look to if I needed to ever move something in the future. We recently hired King Moving to help with our move. They were very efficient and safe moving our furniture and boxes. After loading up and leaving, my husband was driving with them to the new house and without notice, the crew stopped at a gas station for a drink. I wasn't too happy about this since we are paying for the time we are using their services. The distance between the two house is 15 minutes. After calling and speaking with the manager, he reassured me they would discount my total time, for the time they used to stop while in the middle of my move. Not only did they discount the time the crew stopped for, but they also called afterwards to make sure everything was good and there was no other issues with the move. I am thankful for a company that is willing to ensure their customers are satisfied with their services and readily available for questions or concerns. King Moving was a breath of fresh air after my previous bad experience with other moving companies. They got me a quick competitive quote and scheduled me without any hassle. They confirmed the move date a few days before, showed up on time and moved my stuff professionally. They didn't damage any of my stuff and did a really good job putting my bed back together. The technician putting my bed back together showed me how the last moving company had not properly seated the bolts and how loose they were. King moving was great! They were an hour late but that didn't really affect us. Took about 3.5 hours when it probably only should have taken about 2.5, but to be fair it was about 110 degrees. They got to our apartment and started immediately - wrapped everything and got it to our new house safe and without any scratches. Wow, I am really impressed with the integrity of this company. My mother had decided to move my brother and was going to give me several things from his apartment because he was moving to New York for college. I live on the third floor it was very last minute and neither my 70-year-old mother nor I we're gonna be able to carry the sofa and everything up the stairs. And my brother couldn't do it alone, so I called around to many moving companies, and King Moving was able to squeeze me in, by having the guys come in an hour earlier to fit me into the schedule last minute. They came they were very professional they did a great job, and we're finished within like 30 minutes. My only concern was that I had not been clear on exactly how much it was gonna cost. So before I given them a four star review, but the company president just called me, And we had a really sweet chat. He was super concerned that I wasn't totally satisfied and even though I told him he didn't need to do anything he went out of his way to call and make sure I was OK. We hired King Movers to move from our temporary apartment space & some things from storage to a new house. Carlos, Juan and Josh were excellent and went above and beyond. They were very careful with everything while also going fast. They didn't have to disassemble much but what they did they reassembled well. We've seen absolutely no new scuffing on any of our items. We moved from a townhouse to the apartment not too long ago and the movers we hired from another company were a disaster. They took 11 hours to do what King Moving did in reverse in about 4. Excellent Customer Service and Communications. Clifton, Jesus and Darrel were very professional and on time. They did exactly as I asked when we got to the storage facility, I had items I wanted easily assemble. I was very impressed with how they stack my items. I really appreciated the fact that they asked me to tour the apartment after they removed everything and then again once they had put all items in storage. Will definitely be using them again. Absolutely shocked by this company right now. Be ready with a full itemized list of everything you want them to move. Our last movers only required the basic household size info and where the items were coming from and going to. These people want everything. Distance from items to truck, number of boxes, itemizes number of every piece of furniture, etc. Husband was coordinating with them and when they asked for an itemized list of everything we decided to cancel. we can go with previous movers as they didn't ask for everything to be itemized. A gentleman proceeded to call me and tell me rudely and sarcastically that I made the right choice to not go with them. Really? Sorry I don't have an entire day to waste itemizing everything. I didn't appreciate being talked to like that. Must be sexist as they didn't get attitude with my husband. I guess we dodged a bullet by canceling. read more

Read the reviews decided to use King Moving. Spoke with a representative got everything set up. What I like about this company they are professional from the set up we went over routes, cost estimate, time, number of movers, their names. This was not one big move it was a big circle from several different locations. But I received a follow up confirmation, a few days before and also a detailed email. The movers called beforehand let me know they were in route I was a 7am. They are professional, courteous, they took their time taking everything down, covered/ wrapped everything up. Overall the service was exceptional, one of my side dressers got damaged it could not be fixed but they paid me for dresser! I had this happen to me with another moving company it was a big TV unit... never heard anything back from that company!! Update: Move was November 23, 2020. As mentioned, scheduling was easy and was hopeful the move would be just as easy. It was definitely the easiest move I've ever done. Communication just before and day of move was great. They arrived on time, and the whole move for a 1 bedroom apartment, door to door from Fort Worth to Frisco, barely took over two hours. And that was with them wrapping everything and being careful with my mom's things. The price was extremely reasonable and service was the absolute best!
