They do not service the tenants as well as they do the owners. I never once knew who my point of contact was. The person I did contact was not much of a people person and NEVER gave me all the information I needed. They were never quick about getting someone out to our home. At one point, our floor was leaking water for a month and mushrooms were literally growing out off my cabinets. I called after a month of pleading for a repair, only to have the woman on the phone practically laugh at me and ask if I was done. Another time, our toilet was clogged for a week and a half. By the time they came, the issue resolved itself and they charged us for the visit! Eventually we just lived with the broken things because that was better than dealing with the company. I was miserable until the day we left having to deal with them. Even moving out, in showing our home to prospective clients, they made us feel unwelcome in the home we'd paid that month's rent for. Not to mention our deposit. We paid over $900 and they took over half of it and we worked hard to clean it. We are a military family. We respect other people's property and no how to take care of it. There's no way we caused $500 in damages.

On a positive note, the team was very responsive prior to move-in, answering phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that level of service dropped significantly once I was in the home. Post-move-in communication was exceptionally poor. I often had to call multiple times without receiving a response, despite the company expecting immediate replies whenever they reached out to me. We also experienced recurring issues with the home's water heater, losing hot water on at least three separate occasions. When we submitted maintenance requests, we were advised to turn up the temperature on the unit. While this provided a temporary fix, the underlying issue kept happening. It was only after sending a stern email and copying the property manager that the problem was finally addressed properly. To make matters worse, upon move-out, we were improperly charged a cleaning fee despite having hired professional cleaners and submitting the receipts directly to Joshua Garza. Joshua was unresponsive regarding the charge, and even after CCing Melisa Day, I still received no reply or resolution to this day. The lack of accountability and communication has been extremely frustrating. If you want to avoid a headache, I recommend to NOT lease through this company.

She picked me up from the hotel...my toddler in tow and we started mid Friday afternoon. We checked out several developments that day and started again the next morning. By 2 pm on Sat. we already found the PERFECT home....and about $50K cheaper than we expected. She took care of everything for escrow and was there through closing....we stayed strong when KB home tried to screw us....that is a whole other review... Kathy was very patient and listen to my needs.....and QUICKLY found the PERFECT home.....even though she said the perfect home may not exist...but it is perfect. Initially we were quite taken by her "sweet older lady charm" , all the "ya'll"'s and what nots. Then came the first house we made an offer on. The house was on the market for a year, we made the offer, signed thepaper work and then that evening MAGICALLY another " bidder"/ offer showed up! terrible shock. Then was our other house offer that we actually offered the asking price and STILL we did not get it. Leddy claimed that she had no idea why the buyer did not choose us. this was repeated 7-8 times, we make an offer and we get "over bid" One house my wife really liked for a good potential for fixing up but leddy talked us out of it reporting a poor relationship with the realtor. We did confront her that she is not representing us well and asked after we finally found a house for her to decrease her percentage and she utterly refused. We have not seen or heard from her since we bought the house. As a new couple in San Antonio, we had our faith in our Realtor and we felt violated and cheated. She was pushy and aggressive showing on our doorstep un-announced every day, day by day and when the signing occurred, she is no where to be found. Seek another Realtor, you have been warned.
