When we met Danny, we took a weekend trip to Texas. We wanted to meet our new realtor and visit some houses in San Antonio and the surrounding area, and we realized during this weekend to Texas we would need more time to find just the right home. The weekend we spent with Danny was a fun time getting to learn about him, and he learned about us so that we knew we were on the right track to find the right home. We needed to find a place to stay quickly once we move to Texas and during the weekend visit luck was on our side, Danny has a fully furnished Airbnb that we decided to rent while we search for our new home. Once we moved to Texas, we rented the Airbnb. We did find a house quickly (thanks to Danny listening to what we were looking for in a home) and we rented the Airbnb for four months while our new home was in the process of completion. Danny is very knowledgeable, professional and listens to his clients. During the closing process, Danny made sure we felt at ease during this process and took all our many questions and all were answered in detail. Danny was with us every step of the way. They do not service the tenants as well as they do the owners. I never once knew who my point of contact was. The person I did contact was not much of a people person and NEVER gave me all the information I needed. They were never quick about getting someone out to our home. At one point, our floor was leaking water for a month and mushrooms were literally growing out off my cabinets. I called after a month of pleading for a repair, only to have the woman on the phone practically laugh at me and ask if I was done. Another time, our toilet was clogged for a week and a half. By the time they came, the issue resolved itself and they charged us for the visit! Eventually we just lived with the broken things because that was better than dealing with the company. I was miserable until the day we left having to deal with them. Even moving out, in showing our home to prospective clients, they made us feel unwelcome in the home we'd paid that month's rent for. Not to mention our deposit. We paid over $900 and they took over half of it and we worked hard to clean it. We are a military family. We respect other people's property and no how to take care of it. There's no way we caused $500 in damages.

Three months later we had to 48 hours to close on our new house or lose it so we asked Lusi to contact the investor to say that we were willing to take the offer. She didn't even bother to reach out to them for several days, which meant we lost that opportunity! In the end, MY HUSBAND found another investor to sell our house to. We contacted them, negotiated, and sold the house. But guess what?! Lusi still got close to $18,000 for US selling our own house. I have no idea what she did to earn that money.

Initially we were quite taken by her "sweet older lady charm" , all the "ya'll"'s and what nots. Then came the first house we made an offer on. The house was on the market for a year, we made the offer, signed thepaper work and then that evening MAGICALLY another " bidder"/ offer showed up! terrible shock. Then was our other house offer that we actually offered the asking price and STILL we did not get it. Leddy claimed that she had no idea why the buyer did not choose us. this was repeated 7-8 times, we make an offer and we get "over bid" One house my wife really liked for a good potential for fixing up but leddy talked us out of it reporting a poor relationship with the realtor. We did confront her that she is not representing us well and asked after we finally found a house for her to decrease her percentage and she utterly refused. We have not seen or heard from her since we bought the house. As a new couple in San Antonio, we had our faith in our Realtor and we felt violated and cheated. She was pushy and aggressive showing on our doorstep un-announced every day, day by day and when the signing occurred, she is no where to be found. Seek another Realtor, you have been warned.
