When we met Danny, we took a weekend trip to Texas. We wanted to meet our new realtor and visit some houses in San Antonio and the surrounding area, and we realized during this weekend to Texas we would need more time to find just the right home. The weekend we spent with Danny was a fun time getting to learn about him, and he learned about us so that we knew we were on the right track to find the right home. We needed to find a place to stay quickly once we move to Texas and during the weekend visit luck was on our side, Danny has a fully furnished Airbnb that we decided to rent while we search for our new home. Once we moved to Texas, we rented the Airbnb. We did find a house quickly (thanks to Danny listening to what we were looking for in a home) and we rented the Airbnb for four months while our new home was in the process of completion. Danny is very knowledgeable, professional and listens to his clients. During the closing process, Danny made sure we felt at ease during this process and took all our many questions and all were answered in detail. Danny was with us every step of the way. Huge mistake. My time was brief, quite literally. I was there a day before I felt dread creep in and moved back out as quick as humanly possible. The entire ordeal lasted all of two weeks, my initial viewing hid the reality that it was gross, overrun with pests and would end up making me sick. I never signed a lease, they weren't available when I was and I needed to move in quickly. Turned out to be a bittersweet thing since I was happy to leave but my entire $1200 deposit was taken while I'm having to run the keys for drop off to a Huge swanky house the guy lived in that showed no signs he would tolerate living in the conditions he tried Fostering off on me! That and the drunk guy next door was his handyman who tried to come in after dark to start "working on things". Seriously? I couldn't begin to explain the situation as well as I'd like, to paint the full picture of not just my biased feelings did to standards and expectations but the overall experience I endured dealing with the individual and the property. I won't include specifics to the property address or the names of anyone involved to avoid "bashing" a person versus giving a review based on experience and options. Overall: A giant headache. And personally, after such a deceptive and uncaring, and cold first experience with a member of King Realtors, I can say I will NEVER in my lifetime allow anyone I know or meet to use this company when there are so many other options that won't get you screwed over and regretting that decision. Mind you this was Years ago (over 6) and I still have the urge to write ugly things on the real estate signs I pass to educate the passing masses what type of person their money is supporting. Because honestly why support a local business if the people are a money grubbing type jerk you wouldn't want to know? They do not service the tenants as well as they do the owners. I never once knew who my point of contact was. The person I did contact was not much of a people person and NEVER gave me all the information I needed. They were never quick about getting someone out to our home. At one point, our floor was leaking water for a month and mushrooms were literally growing out off my cabinets. I called after a month of pleading for a repair, only to have the woman on the phone practically laugh at me and ask if I was done. Another time, our toilet was clogged for a week and a half. By the time they came, the issue resolved itself and they charged us for the visit! Eventually we just lived with the broken things because that was better than dealing with the company. I was miserable until the day we left having to deal with them. Even moving out, in showing our home to prospective clients, they made us feel unwelcome in the home we'd paid that month's rent for. Not to mention our deposit. We paid over $900 and they took over half of it and we worked hard to clean it. We are a military family. We respect other people's property and no how to take care of it. There's no way we caused $500 in damages.

We contacted them, negotiated, and sold the house. But guess what?! Lusi still got close to $18,000 for US selling our own house. I have no idea what she did to earn that money.

We've submitted multiple maintenance requests that have either gone unanswered or been marked as completed without anyone ever coming to our home. One of the most concerning issues is a large hole our neighbor's dog dug under the fence, allowing it access to our backyard. I was told they would "look into it, and call me back" but I never received a follow-up. Despite multiple calls, voicemails, and an online work order, the issue remains unresolved weeks later. We also reported an unbalanced ceiling fan that appears unsafe to use. After waiting over two months, I received a notification stating the repair had been completed, even though no one ever came to inspect or fix it. Communication has been extremely poor. Calls are rarely returned, voicemails go unanswered, and it feels nearly impossible to get a response from maintenance, the tenant coordinator, or Property Manager Melisa Day. Another frustration is that because these are new construction townhomes, tenants are expected to coordinate directly with vendors for certain repairs. That responsibility should fall on property management, not the tenant. To make matters worse, there is a significant gnat infestation. Despite paying for private pest control every two months and purchasing Zevo traps at my own expense, the problem persists. After speaking with several neighbors, I learned this is a community-wide issue. My experience has left me feeling that once the lease is signed, tenant concerns are no longer a priority. Initially we were quite taken by her "sweet older lady charm" , all the "ya'll"'s and what nots. Then came the first house we made an offer on. The house was on the market for a year, we made the offer, signed thepaper work and then that evening MAGICALLY another " bidder"/ offer showed up! terrible shock. Then was our other house offer that we actually offered the asking price and STILL we did not get it. Leddy claimed that she had no idea why the buyer did not choose us. this was repeated 7-8 times, we make an offer and we get "over bid" One house my wife really liked for a good potential for fixing up but leddy talked us out of it reporting a poor relationship with the realtor. We did confront her that she is not representing us well and asked after we finally found a house for her to decrease her percentage and she utterly refused. We have not seen or heard from her since we bought the house. As a new couple in San Antonio, we had our faith in our Realtor and we felt violated and cheated. She was pushy and aggressive showing on our doorstep un-announced every day, day by day and when the signing occurred, she is no where to be found. Seek another Realtor, you have been warned.
