The staff is wonderful. the young people working the register are always polite, kind, and engaging, which makes the experience even better. The store itself is small and can get pretty busy, but that's part of the charm of a neighborhood market. You can also find flowers, mums depending on the season, fresh herbs, cheeses, bottled sauces, and other specialty items. They really have a little bit of everything. Prices are moderate. Of course, they may be a little higher than bigger places like Produce Junction, but that's expected for a small local market where you can walk in and get fresh items quickly. I liked the fact that the filling was placed throughout the rice (instead of traditionally placing in the center only); however, I felt it lacked in flavour and did not taste too much lobster. Also felt $8 for this onigiri was a bit steep. I would like to go back and try other onigiri and also buy some sushi grade tuna and salmon.
