I recently just went here shopping, and somehow almost $3000 worth of loyalty points just…read moredisappeared.... Apparently they expire after a year. Which I've never seen on a receipt, which I've never been reminded. Which, makes no sense if you're accumulating them, how would they all expire at once? It was very disappointing, no one was willing to help. Thankfully, I was able to find my favorite brand at a different dispensary. Just beware, use those points. They expire after a year. I had almost $3000 in points. And now they're gone for nothing...... Update, after Kevin responded to my one star review. I took the time to gather my information and receipt. I went down to Haven with an envelope sealed. They said Kevin really wasn't an owner, I should ask for two girls. Long story short, I dropped off my envelope and asked them to please give it to management and contact me. Still to this day, nobody has contacted me.
