Went in last night because the 3rd one broke and I was told they could only be replaced once and I had already replaced 3. Explained that this is not what we were told when originally purchased the item but, she insisted those were the rules. Feels like we were taken advantage of just to make a sale on a low quality product. Would have never purchased these low quality items knowing I could only exchange once. Really disappointed and will not be returning.

There was a nice but seemingly clueless guy who didn't know what I was talking about when it came to a delta 8 and had never heard of CBG then had no info about the quality and differences in their CBD products. So then he walks to a random cabinet behind the counter and pulls out 2 delta 8 disposable vapes. Because I had never used it before I decided to get one, which I regret. Once home I look up the brand (Cake) and it turns out it's an untrustworthy bootleg company.
