Joslyn and Mike are two of the nicest people I've met during my time here and have already offered up plenty of helpful tips to make my new surroundings feel like home. Which grocery stores to use, a great barbershop, and simple tricks like how and when to navigate the town. I love the cozy atmosphere and the friendly greeting upon arrival. My first time there felt like I had been a lifelong customer. Evidently when it comes to this place, people can't seem to help but say such wonderful things about Mike (whom I assume is the owner). And let me tell you....after spending less than 5 minutes in the shop, I can totally see why. This dude is totally approachable, knowledgeable as hell about all his products, and best of all....super chill. I was in the market for a good, solid, reliable vape. Not only does this place have a decent selection complete with color choice. This store's prices are very competitive. I considered getting a vape online somewhere, but then remembered shipping charges are a thing. Plus, it's always better to buy local whenever you can. Originally going in for only a vape pen, I decided to get a second one for when I'm on the go (which is always, apparently). That's how good Mike is. Not that he really had to talk me into anything. But it was like....such an inviting atmosphere, that it encouraged me to toss even more money his way than I had originally intended. It's all for a good cause though. Btw....you get a $5 discount for Yelp check-ins at this store. You're welcome. Only thing I don't like about this shop is the location. Not that it's really anyone's fault here. But the road and town it sits in feels...I dunno...cramp. You'll likely almost pass the place on first approach, too...mostly because it sits on a corner with no parking lot. I had to park across the street at CVS and walk over. Traffic situation is cramp like sardines in a can. Still, I'd come back here before trying to order anything online. A+ for customer service. I went in on a sleepy Friday and got such exceptional customer service, I wanted to compliment the owner here. I had sat on my cartridge and broken it at the end of the glass tube. It was pretty much brand new so I hoped to save the oil. I was looking for a refillable cartridge, but the owner one upped me. He sold screw top cartridges, but was all out so he pulled one out of a product box and let me have it! Then he took my broken cart and transferred the oil for me, then told me how to prime it with oil by warming it etc! I was expecting to go home and get super oily. Thanks Mike for doing it for me! Exceptional customer service! I found this shop while looking online for a particular vape pen/device. I'm really trying to quit cigarettes and the device I wanted was what my sister had used to help her quit 5 years ago. The shop is conveniently located near my office so I went on my lunch break. When I arrived I showed a picture of the device I wanted to a gentleman behind the counter. He kindly explained that device is an old model(like 3or 4 years old)and had not been available for a while, besides online. He showed me a number of devices, options, and budget friendly choices to choose from. That day (Monday, May 24th) I chose to go with a disposable ready to go device that would last approximately a week at a $15 price point. I absolutely loved how he explained everything to me and took his time to help me find what I needed. I was so impressed that I decided to come back on Friday to purchase a more permanent device with refillable pods. Keep in mind I live over an hour away but I didn't mind driving to this shop because Mike( the kind man who helped me) was so thorough in making sure I was getting what would suit me and help with the quitting of cigarettes. I found this shop online while searching for places that carried cartridges for my Smok Novo. The employees are very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable asking questions. Vaping is new to me and at the time I was trying to quit smoking. After talking to Nick I decided I wanted to go with a different device then the one I had and purchased the Orion DNA. I was extremely happy with the price as well as the device. A couple months passed and my device stopped working so I decided to use the warranty that It came with, only problem was that I didn't have the receipt! I went back to NE Vapor and I spoke with Mikey, the owner. I explained the situation and Mikey was extremely helpful. He handled everything which was great since I work long hours and have two children. He asked me to bring my device to the shop, which I did, then he went through the hassle of contacting the warranty company and getting my device shipped out for repair.
