Why is it 830pm and NO BUGGIES at all in the store don't you have people who get paid to collect the buggies? I could literally cartwheel out of my front door and land in this store so naturally I go here all the time. Is it a good store? No, it's dirty and...I really don't want to bad mouth it too much. I go here all the time but at the same time there is a Sprouts, a Sam's club, and a couple of asian grocery stores (H-mart and Pacific) which are all better than this store. I shop here because it is ridiculously close, the people that work their are incredibly nice, and you can still get decent products from here. AVOID DELI AND KAREN! We were in Store #10 in Aurora, CO today, and not only was Karen in the deli extremely unprofessional to her coworkers and customers in general, she cussed around our kids stating "I didn't know they were getting all of that shit." In addition to this, as we were checking out with them after getting our food, we had questions about the total, and she then said "Let me go to lunch before I kill somebody." We have complained to the store's assistant manager, and called in as well. The assistant manager just said he would talk with the individual. I have never in my life been threatened by someone whose job is customer service. I understand bad days, but nowhere in this country, even as a military member, would I be allowed to walk in and say those things and not be in jail. I am extremely upset about this and will not be stepping foot back into a Kroger chain of stores while Karen has a job. read more

I always know I am in Colorado because I start to see King Soopers. I visited this one late at night. I have had experience doing the self checkouts. I will do them if the regular lines are too long. But to be forced to check myself out is just wrong. Well, the King thinks this is right. Ugh! I know they spent money to install these machines but if you have three people to monitor the use of them and everyone is having too many problems. Just open a line and check people out. I hope this is not the case during daytime hours. I just know that this will not the be the place for me to visit late at night again. read more

Okay, I have a secret....it's called Chipotle Fried Chicken..and you can buy it here...at this location. It's not just spicy crusted fried chicken..the chicken is INFUSED with heat ! I came here seeking lunchtime food after running errands on my break...and for 2.29...I got a large breast of chicken and a wing ! (At the deli counter...they were very nice BTW..) Not only was it cheaper than KFC...or Popeyes, or Churches...it tasted WONDERFUL ! Hot wings have nothing on this chicken ! It's fresh....crunchy and not overly greasy...and juicy inside..and yeah...SPICY. I stopped in after work today and brought a bucket home....this chicken is crack ! I might be going into some sort of rehab program soon for this chicken addiction...the first step is admitting you have a probem...right?!? read more

I can never find anything in this place. The clerks have always been very short with me and nobody seemed to know where items were. There are some crazy drivers here too, so beware. I find this particular location to be packed more often than not. read more

I feel this chain of the Kroger Brands is the worst. I have shopped at Frys, Ralphs, Food 4 Less, and Kroger. I went to this location on 3/28/2016 and a lot of shelves were cleaned out and the store was not well maintained it was just kind of a ghetto grocery store. I was there at 10:30 PM and was trying to purchase $100.00 worth of groceries and all they had was Self Checkouts open!!! Try putting $100.00 worth of Groceries on a scale that only holds 4 Bags!! Sad thing is there are 12 Self Checkout lanes and they were all full of customers at 10:30 PM!! Not one Regular Checkout was open. I asked why are there no Regular Checkouts open they stated we close them at 10 PM. Store Closes at Midnight!! I feel that the prices are not really any better than Safeway or Wal-mart. Prices are not very competitive at all example $2.50 for a Generic jar of pickles, $4.99 for bacon. read more

Sunday I ordered some products from King Soopers for delivery. We did this because my wife is on Chemo and we did not want to leave the house. Shortly after we received a text message that our items would arrive sometime between 1:00 and 5:00. Shortly after that we received another text that our order would arrive at 2:15. At 5:00 we hadn't received anything so we tried to call. There was a recorded message that the phones were very busy and to try back later. We were unable to contact anyone on Sunday. Monday around noon I was able to get through but waited on hold for over two hours. When someone finally did answer I was told we had to wait longer. After approximately 2 hours 45 minutes I was told they delivered our items to the wrong house. My credit card was charged and I was told I had to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund. I seriously doubt I will ever use King Soopers in the future if this is the way they treat there customers. read more

i just rented a carpet shampoo cleaner today to clean all the carpets in the house because it was going to be a nice 75deg day. i picked up the machine and the teller was very nice . i took the machine and put in in my vehicle and it smelled terrible , they had not cleaned out the dirty water from the machine it was about 1/4 full . i thought no big deal ,even though it says on the machine to empty it or you will be charged extra for it.i wasn't happy about it but i took it home emptied it out and proceeded to clean my carpets. i first did the living room . i had to move all the furniture around and i finished to room no problem, except when i went to remove the dirty water tank there was no water in it . the machine was not working properly , i read the instructions again to make sure it wasnt a mistake on my end . and tried it again . same results. so i took i back , once i again i wasnt happy about it , but i figured sometimes these things happen just roll with it. the guy gave me a different machine. brought it home , redid the room again, moved all the furniture around one more time. then i glanced down at the machine and noticed the clean water tank was 90% full .it wasnt spaying out the cleaner so i played around with the machine to see if i could get it to work . no such luck . by this time im pretty upset about it. my whole day has been a waste of time by now. and I've got to go back to the store. i take it in and let the teller know that this one doesn't work either , he was going to grab another one and i told him i just wanted my money back and that id like to see a manager. when i spoke with the manager a young lady , i didn't get her name , i should have looked at the name tag. but all she did was tell the teller to tag the machines and take care of me . there was no we are sorry for the inconvenience or apology for both shampooers not working . by now im pretty upset once they gave me my refund they . i was going to ask to speak to someone above the manager but decided to use the power of the internet instead and write a revue about the whole ordeal . ive always done my shopping there for 10 yrs now , but if that's how these people conduct there business ill be driving an extra few miles down to albertsons from now on to do my shopping. im a pretty easy going person , i can usually let things just go . if they would have given me a more professional response i would have chalked it up to just one of those days. read more

I am writing this review in conjunction with their advertised PRE-COOKED holiday meals, not the whole store nor the employees. On December 6th I ordered a spiral ham dinner to be picked up on December 24th, giving them ample time to get the order together and correctly. I get there to pick it up and not only is it not a pre-cooked dinner as they advertised, but they did not have the spiral ham I ordered. I received a different ham, and prepackaged Bob Evans side dishes. Because I'd been up all night and extremely tired I took it home and cooked it instead of refusing it all together. The family had no complaints, but after Christmas was over I started to get ticked off. I am requesting a refund for one thing, but also wanted to get this out there so no one else will fall for their false advertising. read more
