I also noticed that shoe covers were not used while working inside the home, which I would have appreciated. To the owner's credit, he did respond to my concerns and sent the worker back to address the issues. Unfortunately, even after the return visit, the job still was not completed to a satisfactory standard. During the follow-up, the worker appeared frustrated which did not inspire confidence in the quality of the work being performed.
