(I opted for them to pick up) They explained all the cleaning services they offer (for rugs)- adding a protector product (better than scotch guard) and super cleaning any pet odors. They picked up my living room rug in mid-December, brought it back Dec. 22 (2022). Then they took my bedroom area rug to be cleaned. This was more challenging- my bed over the rug is a 4-poster, heavy bed, but they managed. Both rugs look so much better! The guys were very professional and careful. Staffs are polite and patiently explain additional cleaning and protection services company provides. No sale pitch, just prompt service.
