First time using Freedom Green Clean. Easy to use online booking system. I love the text and email updates/reminders. I also appreciated the phone call to let me know ETA on getting to my house. The two gentlemen that came to my house were funny, friendly and professional. They shared progress updates as they did the two bedroom carpets hired for and had a great system for getting the job done quickly. Our carpets are pretty old but they did a great job in cleaning them! I liked the mini info session I received on different carpets and fibers for any future rug purchases. Your techs are awesome. I rarely leave reviews however now I feel I must. I had my carpets cleaned yesterday. Prior to service I explained my Covid 19 protocols as I have been sheltered for 4 months. They both came fully prepared and I was pleased. I positioned myself outside my condo rather than remain and try to breath through a mask. The only time I popped my head in to check, the younger guy had no gloves on. I asked what he thought he was doing and told him that my protocols were not an option. He didn't really seem to understand the seriousness of his actions, trying to tell me that they had just broken. I ended up having to ask him to leave my home. The older crew member again tried to minimize my discomfort and in fairness to him, he have behaved in an exemplary manner. After paying the bill I phoned the company to explain how furious I was. The owner seemed not to care, why should he, I'd paid the bill. No apology nothing. Because of the break to my protocols I have now had to have a cleaning company in to disinfect all surfaces. This is shabby and displays to complete lack of thought, customer service and customer safety. I would give this firm a miss if I were you. read more

I had Amanda and Domenick come out today to clean the carpets in a couple of bedrooms in a house I had just purchased. They were very polite and informative of what needed and could be done. I tasked this company with a extremely difficult job of carpet cleaning after a crazy painter came in and made the biggest mess you could imagine, including texture on the carpet. They quoted me a reasonable price after explaining the situation. They arrived 15 min earlier than expected to examine the rooms and the mess. The 2 guys that arrived were extremely friendly and professional, they got straight to work and done in a little over a hour for 2 bedrooms and a living room.The carpet looks practically brand new! There were a few paint stains that they were unable to get out which was expected but they tried 6 different techniques on each spot and I was shocked at the ones I didn't expect them to be able to get out that are now gone. I would highly recommend for everyone to use them as I certainly will in the future. read more

There are here cleaning my carpets as I type this review. The team is very professional and even talked with my autistic son who was very interested in each step of the process. My kids had white glue on the carpet and I never excepted for it to be removed. Tim took it as a challenge and got it all out. There was no way he was going to leave it. I am very glad that I trusted the review for this company and hired them to clean my carpets. In the past, I've always used Stanley Steamer and have never been impressed but still continued to use them. Their work was so poor last time that I had to go a different way. I found this company and set up an appointment. They communicated well and arrived within the 1 hour window promised. My husband was the one who met with them and he called me immediately to tell me how nice they were. He left while they were cleaning the carpets and didn't get to see them before I did. First, when I walked into our condo, the smell was fantastic. I could tell that the carpets had been cleaned very well. Then, when I saw them, I was super impressed. Very clean, even after Stanley Steamer had told me they were not cleanable. They looked brand new. I am very happy to highly recommend this company. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Hired to do patching and cleaning, great on the cleaning, horrible on the patching. Like absolutely horrible $99 patching that in reality, a 5th grader could have done. On top of that they send an invoice the second they get in with a fee for bringing up equipment up the stairs. Not once asking if there were stairs they just added that to the pricing. No emails. No calls, no warnings about this fee. I have emails and proof and text messages about this. They have YET to refund the $99 and the extra fee. Avoid them like the plague, go to actual professionals that will not try to scam you and add pricing or do a horrible job and pretend like it's OK. Blocked my number and stated they will refund the amount for the horrible patching have yet to see any refund. Reported hem to BBB. Absolutely horrible. I hate doing reviews and if I've done more than one that's a lot. But I honestly cannot stand or tolerate their awful business ethics. read more

I have used Chem dry exclusively for my carpet cleaning for years. Their cleaning process is by far the best- they really revive carpets and can get smells and stains out so the carpet is like new. Dave, the owner of this business, is always reliable professional and courteous and his staff is great as well. I now require all of my tenants to use Chem dry when they move out. read more

I called this morning to make an appointment to have my carpets cleaned by Freedom Green Clean. I chose them over other companies in the area because of their claim to use "green, plant-based products safe for kids". It is very important to me and my family to not use toxic products in our home especially since my daughter and pet spend a lot of time on the carpets. I asked David, the owner, for the name of the product he uses - it is called Forcefield Soil Blaster. I checked out the product and the company does not make any marketing claims that this product is "green, plant-based and safe for kids" as the owner indicated. I canceled my appointment, and I wanted to share this experience with others because using non-toxic products is likely important to you if you are interested in a company called "Freedom Green Clean". David was friendly and prompt in his response but he could not provide me information on why he claims this product is safe. David, please consider sourcing a product that is sourced and developed to be safe and contain non-toxic ingredients. There are many carpet cleaners out there who are able to provide non-toxic services to this growing community of people who wish to keep their home environments toxin free. read more
