I had an appointment with another company that did a no call don't care. So I started trying to find someone else from Yelp reviews. Bruno was able to come to my house the same day. He gave me a fair price and was very professional. My goal is to upgrade all of my flooring or move soon, so for now my carpets are older and I've been using a popular, water only, option that just wasn't doing the trick. Bruno did a great job. I used this guy for the past two years on my carpets in my house and on my car and was trying to be loyal to him, messaged him Friday to have a new car that we bought clean and my car he didn't even respond to my text until Sunday.... I Knew that was a red flag right there and I should've went with my gut and ignored him just like he ignored me but instead gave him the benefit of the doubt and he scheduled me for an appointment today at 10 AM NO-SHOW! I called twice I texted twice no answer no reply. I took my husband to work this morning. It takes 45 minutes to drive there (and that's without Tampa traffic) and then I have to pick him up later so that I could have both cars here for Bruno to clean them. He just completely wasted my time. This is what you call EXTREME UNPROFESSIONALISM!! I also took the time to clean everything and vacuum the whole car for him so all he had to do was steam clean the seats and the carpet. I don't know what his problem is, but when he cleaned my car last year, he actually complained about it being so dirty, (meaning he had to go over the seats more than once) which is unprofessional to say. That's YOUR JOB. Same thing today... we just bought a car from somebody else and I can't control what the people do before me and whether or not they shampoo their car and keep up with it. My previous tenants had a dog and 3 rambunctious young kids with lots of friends who came over. Lots of traffic on my carpets. Our primary bathroom was not maintained well during the tenants stay.
