Not sure how they have so many good reviews. They didn't do a good job on cleaning my gutter. They did not come prepare and had to borrow my ladder. They did not clean up the mess when they are done and left without cleaning the mess. Disappointed!!! read more

They did a decent job. Their equipment kept stopping and blowing my fuses so not sure if it is old but my home is only 10yrs old. They left a lot of water in my carpet. Took 4 days to dry my living room. read more

Horrible results and disappointed in his word of repeat cleaning. I hired Kingdom cleaning services to wash my couch and recliner. Specifically mentioned that I was requesting the couches to be steamed cleaned or washed because it smelled of cat urine. My cat had urinated on both couches. I asked if the urine would be washed off along with the smell. He assured that it was POSSIBLE. Called Saturday and Ed said that he was sending his worker and I wasn't told then that he was out of town in Texas. Two hours later, called to remind if still coming in which Ed said that his worker was probably asleep and would call to wake him up. When the worker arrived finally, I let him and showed both couch and recliner. Again asked if the smell would be eradicated and he assured again, "Yes." A red flag, he arrived on a Black sports car and hauled a big carpet cleaner up the stairs. I wasn't sure to make of it but figured it can still work. I left the worker, Michael alone in the living room to proceed with the washing. I had full trust in what he told me. He worked while I was down the hallway in my son's room. I had full confidence and trust in both the fellas word - Ed and Michael. I had full trust that I even had my laptop open on my desk with some financial tax documents (W2 for 2018 and 2017 taxes) on my desk. Figured full trust in the business. Well, he washed both couches and noticed that it was water and again asked, "Are you sure that it will be enough? Are you using the enzyme wash to clear the urine smell - as I had done research online. He assured me, "Yes." At that moment, the couches smelled cleaned. Ed called to confirm that I would be sending the payment electronically via Zelle. UNFORTUNATELY, the next day once they were dry, it stunk worse! the couches smelled like wet rages with urine. I called Ed to say that the couches were worse. He assured me that he can redo the wash at no cost. Well, it took 3 days for him to come back to my apartment to wash the couches supposedly at no cost. BOTH MEN ED AND MICHAEL SHOWED UP. ED MENTIONED THAT YES, THEY SMELLED BUT HAD THE PERFECT SOLUTION SINCE MICHAEL DID DO HIS JOB BY WASHING THE COUCHES. HE SPRAYED THE COUCHES WITH A SOLUTION WITH A SPRAY - ODORX UN-DUZ-IT UNLEASHED. Ed assured me that is only available to the professional cleaning services and not to the public. I ASKED WILL IT BE ENOUGH? I THOUGHT YOU WERE GOING TO WASH IT. OH, NO IT WILL DO THE JOB. I asked why hadn't Michael used a solution to remove the urine, he said, "Well, I was out of town in Texas and Michael didn't have the right tools or solution to do the job. I went online and purchased a full gallon at Amazon. Saw Youtube video and showed that once you spray the solution then you proceed to wash the area / couch. HE LIED AND DECEIVED ME. Again the couches stink of urine and short of my money. NEEDLESS TO SAY, "WHAT A RIP OFF AND POOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES." NEVER AGAIN!! read more

Our management company for my HOA, Palos Verdes Penthouse Condos, hired Ed 's Kingdom Cleaning Services to clean the windows and screens on 56 units, 4 stories high, inside and out and they did it in two days. The job was perfect and I got to know Ed who is not only fast, but he and his associates are perfectionist and my windows sparkle after a huge construction job on our buildings. We have Ed of Kingdom Cleaning do our gutter cleaning. He is the nicest, most pleasant person. They always do a great job and are very clean. He does window screens, gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, etc. Definitely recommend them. This company is FANTASTIC!! Ed Williams, the owner, said he would be to my house at 10 to pick up 17 good sized mini blinds. He said he would be back in 2-3 hours. He was back, hung the blinds back up and was gone by 1pm!! 3 hours complete for 17 blinds!! And the blinds are spotless and look like brand new!! Great job! read more
