T&J graded some lawns properly and many others just either sprayed seed over or laid down sod. No proper grading. Believe me I have pictures and videos at over 5 houses around me they did. ALL DIFFERENT!!!! I understand some pay extra for sod, but this is just the basics of grading. They rushed and didnt care. Its amazing watching all these houses lawn being done so different by the same company. They grade some so nice and others like I said keep it uneven surface and just throw seed down. I WOULD NOT EVER USE THEM!
