In October of last year, after meeting with several vendors about washing our house and sealing our…read moredriveway and walkway, we hired Lil' Squirt because Kevin, their sales rep, was more detail-oriented than the others, the price and timing was in line with what we were looking for, and we also felt like Kevin would be a good guy to work with. He told us multiple times that if anything wasn't to our satisfaction, they guaranteed their work and would make everything right. Everything went well the day of. The crew showed up on time, were super helpful (we didn't need to move anything ourselves) and when a tough spot on the front of our house needed more work, they cleaned it until we were happy, trying different chemicals, etc. Kevin also showed up to check in. So, all was good. Fast forward to a few days later when the driveway had dried and we noticed that the sealer was uneven in spots and just wasn't done well. Apparently the worker that did the driveway spilled sealer and tried to even it out, unsuccessfully so. We called Kevin who came to check it out. He saw what we saw, and said they'd take care of it. When I asked when, he said that weekend they should be able to come and fix it. The weekend came and you guessed it, no Kevin. Followed up, and a new date was promised. This went on for weeks, until the owner said he was going to come and look at it. We scheduled a time with Kevin, and the guy never showed. I called the owner myself and expressed my frustration, this was in December, and he said they'd have to do the whole driveway and when he got back from Florida a couple of weeks later, he'd come by, and also promised that it would be taken care of. Somewhere in all of this Kevin did show up with some guy who he claimed was a friend and someone he was going to pay out of his own pocket to fix the driveway. That guy showed up on another day after that to do a part of the driveway, but what he said he was going to do didn't make sense to us and wasn't in line with what had been discussed with Kevin. When we questioned him, he became belligerent, called his "friend" Kevin an idiot, and we told him we were done. Kevin apologized for this guy, and said he'd be back in March to make it right. We checked in with Kevin in March to make sure we were still on his radar, and we scheduled time for last Saturday for him to come by and look at the driveway again. He never showed and here we are in April 2024 now, and the driveway looks worse than it did before they sealed it. Kevin has been unresponsive to calls and texts. After relying on the Google five-star reviews to be accurate, I now have a real hard time believing they're legit. I do not recommend this company at all.
