The 1st time they checked it before the car back to me- phew!! The 2nd time there was no quality check and the oil ran out of the car. Thankfully I know my car well enough that something was wrong!! My daughter and her boyfriend were driving to Grad school in Statesboro, GA from New Orleans,LA ,…read moreit was raining and she was driving a UHaul with a trailer and her car attached. Unfortunately, she clipped a curb and a trailer tire broke off in Phenix, AL. The traffic cop called Faulks to move her out the way. She was so greatful and appreciative of the customer service she received. I know my child was stressing badly and was a definite basket case. Bubba, her tow truck driver, went out of his way to help her. From guiding her through filing a claim with her insurance and dealing with UHauls lack of customer service to knocking off a good chunk of the total bill, to giving her some good advice on how to handle this unfortunate setback. He even called her later this morning to make sure they were doing ok, on their way and reassured and reminded them of all the good things that are on the way. Thank you Faulks and Thank you Bubba!
