The service department staff was rude and dismissive when we asked for detailed information on delays in receiving the transmission and the repair timelines. They also failed to contact the warranty company after they were notified that the vehicle had an extended warranty. I towed the vehicle to Auto Gallery in LaGrange on 3/20/26, and they made it clear that they would not be able to assess the vehicle until 4/3/26. The vehicle was ready for pickup on 4/9/26. It was not the transmission and the repairs were covered under warranty. Paid a $100.00 deductible. The Langley repair department is either severely incompetent, or the dealership allows employees to take financial advantage of their customers. A week later one of their salesman (Teron) then gave me a 1 star rating on my Facebook commerce account stating "vehicle has been in an accident and did not disclose". Not only is this a lie it doesn't even make sense. Any dealer out there is going to pull a Carfax to verify the vehicle condition so you'd have to be a fool to tell them it hadn't. It never even came up in our conversation as I simply supplied the VIN so they could verify condition. To say anything different is not only dishonest but slanderous. To date, insurance has paid Ray's almost $17,000, yet the truck remains incompletely repaired. The estimated repair time was also significantly inaccurate, resulting in substantial rental fees, as we were forced to rent a replacement vehicle on a daily basis due to repeated delays and miscommunication. When the truck was initially returned approximately six weeks later, the following issues had not been properly addressed: Pinstripe did not match Tail light chipped Paint chips above the front chrome bumper Tailgate was only attached by cables (unsafe for use) Rear differential locked, causing grinding noises when turning Large plastic piece left in the truck bed Gap in the front panel After the truck was returned to Ray's for an additional week, these items were corrected. However, the front tire still does not hold air. Ray's has stated the tire was not damaged in the accident and that they observed no issues during the six weeks they had the vehicle. However, the vehicle's app documents multiple instances of low tire pressure that were corrected during that period. Based on our experience, I strongly advise seeking another repair shop. Ray's demonstrated poor communication, misrepresentation, and substandard workmanship. I believe my son was taken advantage of due to his status as a college student and because he was limited to their services through USAA's repair network
