It was a broken idler pulley and shredded serpentine belt on our E-350. I asked if they would tow to Atlanta. They said they could but suggested it may be better to let them fix it if they could get the parts. They called around and finally found the parts but it was too late in the day for delivery. The owner of the shop drove to Columbus to get the parts, had the car towed to his shop, replaced the pulley and the belt and sent us on our way. Next list call means they bumped me to the top of the waiting list Friday morning at 6:30am. Even the repair shop commented they never saw a tow price so outrageously high as $275.
