Had a car issue between Columbus and Atlanta on I-185. Contacted Rhodes Automotive and in 15…read moreminutes they were there to look at our situation. It was a broken idler pulley and shredded serpentine belt on our E-350. I asked if they would tow to Atlanta. They said they could but suggested it may be better to let them fix it if they could get the parts. They called around and finally found the parts but it was too late in the day for delivery. The owner of the shop drove to Columbus to get the parts, had the car towed to his shop, replaced the pulley and the belt and sent us on our way.
