This is a good old fashion barber shop. I use the old guy next to the window, he speaks very little if any English and I speak very little if any Spanish and it all seems to work out fine. He always gives me a great haircut. The price is only $12 for a haircut. I feel really bad so I always give him a 20. I hardly have to ever wait. There are about four other barbers in the place one is a lady and the other three are younger guys. They all seem very friendly. I have cut my hair here approximately 10 times. Every time I get the Mexican lady with the center chair. Wish I knew her name. She is very friendly. Cuts my hair just how I want it. The cuts were 12-13$ I just went today and it was 15. Very reasonable. Drop a 5$ tip and for 20$ you are set. Most of these new fad barber shops around town are ridiculous. 30$ for a cut. No thanks. AVOID THIS PLACE....Ridiculously bad haircuts. First timer here 11/20/17 asked for a fohawk and left bummed out and by the time i got home i was livid. These pictures don't even show how terrible his hair is wacked up. Even showed her a picture of what I wanted...It's uneven, chopped up in odd spots, almost bald and this honestly the most awfullest haircut he has ever had in his life. Saw the sign on the way back from lunch to my office and had 20 minutes to spare on a Tuesday afternoon. Stopped in and a full trim and hand cut with straight razor neck shave for $10?? 6/5 stars. My barber, Charlie, was very attentive and took a lot of pride in his work. I'm used to paying a lot more for a haircut and happily left paying $20 (less than I normally paid for the same attention without a tip) so win for everyone. Give them a shot! read more

First let me say that I like kings barber and I have taken a few of my clients here over the years ( treatment center). Everyone has always been satisfied with the work that they do, myself included. However, I have to gripe about something. They do not wash hair and don't even have a sink to accommodate those of us who get our cuts on our lunch break. In fact the first time I came in I asked for a wash and cut and they looked at me like I was stupid for even asking for a wash. In fact the barber said " wow they still do that?"Come on!What are people like me ( super curly thick hair) supposed to do go to work looking like link from the mod squad for the first 4 hours of my day because I cant put product in ? Today I went in and told the girl "its gonna be sticky you might need to wet it and towel it out. " she starts cutting and I can see her rolling her eyes at the owner because its a pain in the neck to cut sticky hair.
