They've got TVs while you wait, a kids' area to keep little ones entertained, and someone at the front making sure things are organized. The staff is always moving and hustling, which makes a big difference. Yes, they can get crowded, but unlike that barbershop down the block where scheduled appointments often get cancelled or unbelievably late, Iconic Fade manages their time well.
