DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The employee they sent to our house to provide the services we hired them for was high on DRUGS when she arrived at our home. (It should be noted the Company/Owner tries to deny culpability and refuses to take responsibility by claiming the employee was a "contracted" employee. Regardless, the person who came into our home was hired and paid for by Kings Cleaning, and as a result, Kings Cleaning should assume responsibilities of their (contracted) employee's actions.) Upon arrival, the employee went into our kids' bathroom, took her clothes off (while our children were in the house and in the neighboring rooms), went absolutely CRAZY and caused over $2000 of DAMAGE to the recently renovated bathroom, to include causing multiple scratches and dings/dents to a brand new $2000 vanity, ripped off the towel rack from a glass shower door, displaced the toilet from it's seal, ripped off the toilet paper holder, damaged a newly painted wall, and vomited all over our brand new floors and on a wall. The POLICE had to come and remove the employee from our home, after she passed out on the floor. The owner of this company, Cari, has been nothing but unprofessional during this entire process, and she has continued to refuse to pay for all of the damages, and minimizes the damages caused by her employee! Not to mention, Cari has never even come to our home to see the damages her employee caused. The company's website notes they are licensed, insured, and bonded; however, Cari has repeatedly refused to provide us with the insurance information we have requested. I wish we would have read the other reviews on Google and Yelp, as we would have not hired this company!! As you can see from Cari's responses to other negative reviews, she is argumentative and unwilling to take any accountability. That is how she has been with us from day one. As if the incident itself wasn't horrible enough, we have had to deal with this disreputable company who refuses to take accountability for the actions of their employee. Unfortunately, we now have to seek LEGAL ACTION to get complete resolution. Save yourself the headache and go find a reputable company! Due to the dishonesty of this company and their owner, you can confirm our reporting of the incident by obtaining a copy of the police report (Case# 25-1363 / Incident #2507290228) from the Lincoln Police Department, which summarizes the incident in its entirety and confirms what we have noted above. Additionally, please review the included photos and video (of the Kings' Cleaning employee screaming and banging around in our bathroom) which captures what had occurred.

Before and after Kings Cleaning.

I moved out of my rental and hired KIngs cleaning. They did a great job. Not a speck of dirt in sight. They even cleaned out the frig. They made it very convenient and got it done in one day. I was able to get my entire deposit back.

Walls that were not cleaned

I am giving 1 star because I cannot give zero. I paid for a move in / move out clean and the cleaning was absolutely terrible. They did not do what was included / what I paid over $700 for. (Much more money than other companies but I chose kings due to the reviews). I also asked for the fridge and garage to be cleaned, which they said they would. Those things were also missed / done terribly. They left much earlier than I had been quoted, missed many areas in my home, and then said they didn't clean some things such as baseboards as they were 'fine' when in fact they were not. The house was still filthy after they left. I was given a partial refund and was told another crew would perform an additional cleaning. Poor communication from both Carie and Breanna resulted in me waiting for a crew all day that never came. They are now refusing to respond to me.

Bleach from cleaner

TL/DR: Booking was easy and thorough. Cleaning was good. Pricing was high. Customer Service was poor when things went wrong. I cannot recommend Kings. Longer Version: Cari was responsive and through when explaining her service and helping me book an appointment for a deep clean. The three cleaners spent 5-6 hours deep cleaning a 3000 sq ft home and did a good job, albeit an expensive one. We found a few areas that they missed during the walk through, but that's too be expected with the size of the job. The customer service and follow through took a turn the next day when I found a bleached spot in the carpet that was a result of a bathroom caddy being left on the carpet. I called Cari to let her know what I found and instead of coming right over (a bleached carpet is a pretty big gaffe in my book) to review, she said to give her a couple of days to research dyes. It took her double the amount of time to get back to me and when she did her suggestion was to find the dye color that best matched my carpet on Amazon and to buy it myself, try to dye the rug myself, and then to send her the receipt for reimbursement. It wasn't easy to find the right color and ultimately when I did dye the carpet it was still noticeable. At this point I was pretty upset and asked her to come over so we could speak in person. She did and I felt like she was not very empathetic and tried to provide rebuttals instead of owning the issue. It was a big deal to us that the carpet was ruined and it seemed like just another day for her. We agreed to have a professional give an opinion and she asked me to go find one. I had invested enough time at this point and was pretty frustrated so I insisted that she find someone. She found Kevin of Wildie Carpet Repair who did a great job of replacing the damaged portion of the carpet to where it was minimally noticeable which Kings paid for. All in all, it got fixed, but the customer experience with Kings really left a lot to be desired. It took a lot of time to get our carpet fixed and there were several times where my texts and emails were unreturned and Kings used excuses like "We're really busy", "We don't check that phone number regularly" or "We are down some office amin staff". It feels like they have more work than they can handle, they are unorganized, and they don't prioritize fixing issues that are difficult to fix. We won't be using Kings or recommending them to anyone.

These are BEFORE photos!!

DO NOT USE Kings Cleaning for a move out clean!! The whole experience was a mess. Moving is already stressful enough, do not add this unprofessional business to your plate. I have used MaidPro cleaning services for a year with absolutely no problems, and I was always very satisfied (I recommend them!!) however, I needed a move out clean on a specific day after we were done moving, but before our walk through with our landlord and MaidPro did not have availability. I looked up other maid services and found Kings Cleaning and they said they could clean on the day I needed. In retrospect it might have a been a red flag that they were wide open and not booked! I never in my wildest dreams would have pictured how my cleaning went down. First, they sent me a text the Monday before my service, my service was on Thursday, and said that the arrival time was 1:15-2:15. Great. I made arrangements accordingly. Then on the day of my service, I got a text at 11:30 that said, "on our way! See you at around noon" There was no communication if it was okay if they came early, just that they were headed to the house (screenshot included). I was at work so I scrambled to get my husband over to the house to let them in. When I got off work and got to the house at 1:45, I walked in to speak with the lead and asked her how things were going. She seemed stressed, tired, and unprofessional. She said, "we are almost out of time but we are trying, you have a lot of blinds!" I asked her what she meant by almost out of time. She danced around the issue, would not give me any times, and just said that there was a lot of build up in the house and she didn't get there on time because she had to "go by the office to get a vacuum" Whatever that means? They didn't bring a vacuum to a vacant home for a move out clean? I have included BEFORE pictures of my home. The home is 3 years old, a brand new house that my family is the only family to ever have lived in it and we used MaidPro professional cleaning services regularly. There was not a lot of build up in the home. So I said, what is not done? And she said to me, "there is only one room done, the master bedroom is the only room done and we are almost out of time" as she said these words to me, she was in the process of cleaning the baseboards of the master bedroom. The one that she just said was done. The home is 2,000 sq ft, has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and stairs. All of which was included in the estimate. When they are reached their 9.5 hour labor estimate, not a SINGLE room was finished to completion according to their own standards. And MOST rooms were not even stepped foot in. The master was 'mostly' done, the laundry room was 'mostly' done, and the kitchen was done with the exception of the window sill, window tracks, blinds and doors were all NOT cleaned. The downstairs bedroom, bathroom, stairway, and living room were not TOUCHED. Not even a little. I called the office and said I was flabbergasted that the estimate was so off base, and Cari proceeded to tell me that they spent a lot of time cleaning the walls. Mind you, cleaning walls is NOT something they included in their scope of work. So they spent their time doing sometime I didn't ask for, and they couldn't finish what I did ask for?? But I had to pay for the time they spent anyway? She said she would give me 1 hour free because I was not satisfied, so I ended up paying $609 for a house that looks pretty much exactly like before the "cleaners" showed up. These are not close up photos, because I never intended them to be before pictures for an argument with a cleaning company, they were simply move out photos I took for my landlord. Do you think these photos look like a house that is so egregiously dirty that their estimate is so far off base that they didn't even touch HALF the house and didn't complete ONE room to their standards? Cari knew I was unsatisfied, didn't call me back, she texted me that she was having "phone trouble" and let me know that she would be charging my card on file.

Shower after the deep cleaning ..

I paid $260 for a deep cleaning of both our small bathrooms (which are quite small) and the kitchen . The lady that came to do the job was very nice but.. my idea of a deep cleaning and the companies idea of a deep cleaning apparently differ greatly . You would think that when you pay a professional for a deep clean that their company (their boss) would make sure they are equipped with the supplies they need to combat things like hard water stains /grout cleaner and things like that . My gal ran out of time and was unable to get to the kitchen like I wanted because she had her next appointment/house to get to. She gave me some good suggestions on what to buy to fight the hard water build up and I instantly purchased these things on Amazon so I can work on it myself . I talked to the Cari (the boss) about all of this and she really wasn't very accommodating. She said hard water stains aren't a deep clean thing, it's a restoration cleaning and that I'll still be paying the normal rate . She said she could have someone come out and try again and that she would give me $30 off next time but after an experience like this , why would I risk paying anything at all just do be screwed again ? Really ? I've included some after pictures .. i should have taken before pics too apparently .I wish I would have just spent my money on the pricey products from the beginning and just done it myself . Now I've paid for the unsatisfactory deep cleaning , the expensive cleaning products and I'll STILL be doing it myself . Such a bummer. Lessons learned though . Save your money , do it yourself . If you can't, certainly don't spend your money here. Find a different cleaning company .. take before pictures and maybe send them to the company before they ever even come over so they know EXACTLY what what needs to be done and no EXCUSES can be made later.

I found Blue Rose through a simple yelp search and decided to have them come by for a one time…read moreclean to try them out. Rosemeri herself was VERY responsive and communicative and flexible which was a plus when we were trying to schedule for her team to come by. So I had high hopes that the cleaning service would be excellent given the good start so far as well as the glowing reviews on Yelp and near 5 star rating. The cleaning itself was fine and her team of two cleaners were on time. However I had two issues. Her team of cleaners had completely missed cleaning baseboards in the master bathroom and also did not dust off some of the door handles not a big deal. The biggest issue was that when they had cleaned the stainless steel stovetop and my stainless steel sink, they had used some sort of an abrasive brush which left many scratches on a practically new stovetop and new sink. The sink and stovetop look damaged now. The stovetops lettering and brand logo is also peeling off due to the abrasive brush or cleaning tool they used. Stainless steel should only be cleaned using a soft sponge/brush and cleaning should be done with the grain. Not sure if I would use them again because of this.
