The rates for this place are wild. I had 800sq ft I needed cleaned and I live here alone. I was quoted $320. It wouldn't have taken more than 2.5 hours so that is over 100/hr. I'm sure that they are great at what they do, but that's just egregious. read more

The house cleaners themselves do an amazing job every time, I have never had complaints about the quality of their work however, dealing with the business itself was a nightmare. The hassle of scheduling and dealing with their customer service is not worth the price of the cleaning service, I did not feel valued, heard, or respected. After speaking to one of the cleaners it would appear they are mot only under paid but overworked. One cleaner in particular expressed frustration over the fact that due to the incompetence of the businesses payroll team she has not been paid in 4 weeks due to "complications". All in all inexcusable business ethics and I truly feel sorry for their workers. 0 stars. read more

Overall, we are happy and would recommend Linnsey's Cleaning Service. We had Linnsey's come out to do a deep clean of our home. Two people were sent, one in the morning and one joined later to help with the rooms upstairs. We were very happy with the cleaning of our downstairs, but there were some significant things missed upstairs that are included on their deep cleaning checklist. We noticed some of them right away and the ladies were happy to address them. However, there were more and more spots we noticed after they had already left for the day. It seemed that the person who cleaned upstairs was having an off day/distracted/rushed. It was not a deep clean (completely missed under our bed, didn't clean window tracks, left major areas of our office dusty, etc.). I'm sure they would have addressed these items if we had noticed the day-of, but I feel for a deep clean at this price, the customer should not be expected to audit that closely to ensure checklist items were done. I expected a better attention to detail for a deep clean. The great thing about Linnsey's is their customer service. They were very receptive to our feedback and insisted on coming back to re-do the areas that were missed. We very much appreciated this and would recommend them for this reason. They will make sure you are satisfied with the job. We debated on whether to give this service 4 or 5 stars, but opted for 5 because of the great customer service. However, it is an inconvenience to have to call out so many misses and schedule another time for them to come back out to address those misses. I think Linnsey's can improve their process by simply incorporating an after-clean walkthrough of their checklist instead of relying on the customer to call things out. Just have the cleaners go over their checklist before leaving. They could do this with or without the customer, but either way, it would prevent such misses. People forget things, that's human. That's why checklists are so useful. You just need to actually use them. read more

I had Linnsey's crew clean approximately 3 times and then gave up. I was told that they would take care of "everything" and that their people were "professionally" trained. Meh. I warned Linnsey that I was picky. After the first cleaning I walked in the door and it didn't smell clean. I did the first thing I always do - wiped the kitchen floor with a wet paper towel which came back filthy. I called - no offer to come back, just a "We will be sure to do better next time. ". The next cleaning was a little better - not perfect but better. Third time - the housekeeper came in (1 person) and cleaned for 2 hours exactly. Gave me a checklist with everything she had done - no way. I went into the bedroom and she had made the bed wrong. She asked if there was anything she did incorrectly and I told her "Yes you didn't make the bed correctly." She said ok and walked out the door. When I called to cancel I was offered an alternate technician. No offer to come back and make things right. I don't care how well you train your technicians - 2 hours is insufficient to clean a house with 1 person. Way too expensive for what you get. read more
