We were camping in the area & needed a larger machine to wash our quilt. Mom's has lots of machines & a variety of load sizes. We had to download an app to pay, but I believe they have a different card option as well if you're there frequently. Bathroom was really clean. read more

I recently moved to Monterey and have been trying different laundromats around the area. This one is by far the best, worth the drive in my opinion. Super clean, good machines, card machine so no lugging quarters, friendly attendant working and keeping things tidy and efficient, and even a restroom if you need it. Let me preface this by saying the actual washing machines and dryers work great and the payment system is convenient. The reason for the poor review: the parking is not only terrible, it's dangerous. They have about eight designated spots, and it's just not enough. That would be fine, but there is no street parking due to all of the nearby apartment complex's. What people end up doing is parking in non designated areas including double parking. I've driven here a couple of times, and had to turn around because there was straight no where to park. up if you decide to brave that lot. read more

Well kept laundromat! I appreciate how much they care of the machines both inside and out. The machines are reliable and prices are avoidable. The only downside is that there is not enough parking spots and many disregard areas that state no parking or park in front of or in the one spot for people with disabilities. It would be great if they could move to the Seacrest Plaza by Luckys where there is always plenty of parking. read more

Came in for the first time this week. New to the area so did a bit of research and read that you can download an app and pay that way. It's really convenient not having to worry about quarters. The place is clean and was in and out in a couple hours. The only thing that I read and did not happen was the free dryer when you download the app. Not sure if I should have gotten a promo code through email I also tried to look at the signs posted around but did not find any instructions on how to get it? read more

A worker there was wiping down outside and insides of all the machines as well as the counter tops. She was super helpful in assisting me with the laundry card machine, and the machines themselves. My washer broke down and had to take my laundry to a laundromat. Noticed this was the closest to my neighborhood. I had never been to a laundromat. I was surprised to see how many nice commercial sized machines they have. The place was pretty clean and well run. I asked a customer how things work. We chose this place because of the amazing reviews but will NOT be a returning customer as the lady that was working there that time was extremely rude! I had gone in to put my laundry in and went back to our vehicle to get the detergent, by the time I get back I see my laundry that I just placed in the washer now in a basket. The gal that was now using the machine I had my laundry in said "hi is this yours, sorry I did not do that, the lady that works here said to go ahead and take it out as the laundry sitting in it has been there a LONG time" ridiculous. The lady that works there then said to me in a very hostile way "I text the owner if it was ok to take it out it's just been sitting there people gotta wash see it's not even running" she blatantly knew I had just placed my laundry in I just went to get my detergent but I was not going to waste my time explaining myself to someone that clearly has no respect. The laundry attendant never apologized or gave me an alternative, she was on a all time high, she then kept giving me the dirtiest looks, then says to me "if you have something to say come say it to my face" very ghetto and always having phone conversations being very aggressive talking about how her police record is looking etc etc. Disgusting attitude no customer service at all and felt attacked the whole time being there. Extremely disappointed on the people businesses hire. Not a good way to keep a reputation. read more

They recently got new washers and dryers. They're decently priced. And some are huge so you won't have an issue with a Cali king size comforter. Best of all most of their new machines you can pay using an app which is super convenient. It's says the doors auto open/close for their posted business hours but I never have been here that early or late so I am not sure about that but I know from past experiences if you have any issues the market next door is the owner and there to help. read more

New machines and pretty clean. They have change whenever I came in but I would use the app more. When you download the app ypu will get a free dry upon first use. Tho they charge an extra .25 cents. Cheap washers are 2.75. The next washer is 4.75 then king is 5.75. Drying is 1.25 for 35 minutes. Bigger dryer is 2.25 for 35 minutes.. read more

I love this laundromat! Our dryer broke down so I've been coming here to dry some clothing. They have very large dryers, so you can fit the equivalent of two loads of laundry in at once. A dry load in the large dryer costs 2.25 and takes 35 min, though the clothes often end up drying a bit earlier so you may not need a full 35. For double the volume of clothing it is a fair deal. I've gone a few times and haven't ever had any trouble finding an open machine, regardless of how many I need. What I love about the place is they use an app for payment, so you can pay virtually and don't have to worry about finding coins for it. Place is always clean, has parking right outside.
