The only issue I have is that when renewing my membership this location does not allow the two year renewal for $44.99 (One year is $29.99 so I prefer to by two year). I've done it multiple times in the past, and tried multiple times when I was up for renewal last month while in store and refused renewing if they didn't have the two year option which they insisted they didn't. I then went to the Bayshore location and asked to renew for two years for $44.99 and they did it without question and said it was strange Massapequa won't do it. So if you want to renew for two years, try another location as Massapequa only allows one year renewals.

I ended up not going with tile here as the dye lots were all different and it made me very nervous. I did, however, buy their line of LVP, NuCore in Gunstock oak and I cannot wait for my contractor to put it in my laundry floor and eventually my basement. Seems to have a strong living system and is so beautiful. My warning if you are to get tile is to inspect all before you bring home. Just seeing the variance of the shades in the dye lots scared me enough to not move forward with the tile. LVP isn't so bad as wood naturally has different shades and it's meant to look that way. 4 stars for excellent customer service and clean store. Also, I am excited to use my LVP Pro tip: go on their website and use their AI tool before going to the store. We did that the second time around and it wasn't as overwhelming. Make sure you call for the house as there is a service counter hours and showroom hours and they differ. We had to wait about 30-45 minutes after we arrived and it wasn't too bad since we explored the showroom during the waiting time to get an idea of what we wanted. We also had our 3 month old who enjoyed the laps around the showroom for a snooze. We met with Carlos who reviewed our list of items and gave us ideas in our price range. He understood our style and budget. We appreciated his help and printing out our options so we were about to show our contractor.
