I purposely called this store ahead of time to make sure this store had what I needed. After…read morewaiting on hold foe a few I was told that they did in fact have what I was looking for. I told them I'd be coming in an hour or so. When I arrived, the employee down the aisle didn't know where my item was located and when he asked the front desk via walkie-talkie he was told the item wasn't in stock. Also, he had no idea how to help me find the correct bungee cords for my pool. I left the store with nothing and won't be going back. Who has this time to make pointless trips? It's why I called ahead to make sure!

Initially, I browsed the isles to no avail however after asking a very jovial, funny and down to the earth employee, she guided me directly to them. I picked up two, signed up for their loyalty rewards program and was on my way as one happy camper.
