Everyday the two items that are always available are the chicken fried steak and the enchiladas. I know on Thursdays they offer pork chops on Friday they offer fried catfish and on Sunday they offer the whole turkey dinner. I must say that it is pretty good considering some days they have a stampede with all the surrounding oil field companies. On the weekends they also offer breakfast buffet but all in all if you want buffet this is the place.
